I waited in line for my food and got an ear full of two young ladies, a young man curse the whole time . Meanwhile the manager stood right with them the whole time and never said a word! I would have been highly upset if I had my two young nephews with me. Won’t be back and yes….. I did ask for the manager and let him know that he should not entertain that behavior because they do serve families with children.

Horrible service. Stopped by to grab dinner, once I paid, was asked to pull forward because they were making fresh supremes. Pulled forward just to waited and waited. Finally I walk in and ask about the order, and they had completely forgotten that I was waiting. Poor staff training and obviously poor managerial training for something like this to happen, when the job is to get the customer their food that they orderedand paid for.Seems to be a common theme with this location. Disappointing in definitely an understatement with this particular location!

I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews. And I don’t have anything against the staff, mostly because there is a new set every time I go. But this establishment has been here long enough for them to have gotten it together. I eat here often enough (too often at this point) and I’ve gotten more wrong orders than right. Either I’m missing something, I didn’t get what I asked for or they are out of something that I wanted. Was so excited to have a new fast food place close by when they opened up, but I’ve been nothing but disappointed almost every single time.

This place is an absolute joke. The people that work there are lacking brains and that’s putting it very very very nicely. Literally sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes. Had to go in to get my food and they said oh you’re waiting on a biscuit no, I paid $2.09 for two tiny pieces not even whole pieces, half pieces of bacon. Will never come back to this one. Go to Nashville go to Louisburg. Don’t come to Spring Hope this place is trash.
Chicken sandwich had been sitting out for hours, tasted rubbery and not fresh at all. Could have cooked a better sandwich on the engine of my truck.

They are private owned and the chicken is always horrible. Even when I ask for freshly cooked, it's heated up but you can look at it and tell it's been sitting. I'll drive 10 miles to go to the Nashville location.

4 piece tender, fries, cheddar bo...told to pull up they will bring it out. 19 minutes AFTER I paid for the food it comes out. Cheddar bo hard as if leftover from breakfast and the chicken was cold. What did we wait 19 minutes for if the only thing fresh and warm is the fries? Fries take what, 3 minutes to cook, max? They laugh like its no big deal when I ask what was hold up. Would rather spend my money on scratch off and starve before coming here again, by far the worst bojangles ever.
