This place is just unacceptable. The entire crew needs a fire lit under their rears. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only customer there or if there’s a line from there to 64, you’re still gonna wait 20 minutes AT BEST for a simple order. Food is hit or miss, always something missing. Nothing is fresh. Employees seem to have no sense of urgency. Ridiculously slow. My father decided to doordash one night (mind you, we live in spring hope, so not far at all!!) and waited over an hour!! Then received a call from the dasher saying they never received our order! My dad got his money back and then doordashed from a place in nashville and it arrived in under half an hour!! Absolutely ridiculous. If you’re on 64 looking for something to eat you can skip this one, you’re honestly better off going to nashville.

They generally screw up my order. The only reason I keep going back is it's one of the few options on my way to work. One day I might order a biscuit and add egg and cheese and just get the meat. Another day I'm missing hash browns. Sometimes I just get the wrong order altogether. I should not have to verify my entire order while at the window. One time there was a trucker standing outside the drive through window. Why? Because they hadn't unlocked the doors and it was already after 7 am.
Went around 3:30pm. Fast and food was actually hot. Very impressed with this location.
