Ordered for the first (and last) time from here tonight. my son wanted to buy us dinner with his gift card he got for Christmas and the food was horrible. The wings had maybe 2 drops of sauce, the Italian sandwich was so dry couldn't eat it. the two pizzas we got had basically no sauce and the pepperoni salami and onion pizza had about 2 pieces of onion and 3 pieces of salami. this honestly was THE worst food from any domino's we have ordered from.

This place must be ran by children. I always have problems when ordering from them. Every time I order delivery any time close to their closing time, they cancel the order! like they did tonight. the food is always old/cold/ poorly made. One time I called and said there was barley any cheese on my pizza and the manager drove a pizza out to my house in a green dodge challenger reving the engine loudly and aggressively. When I came to the door he was talking trash about me saying his workers don't do wrong. Then he opened up the box of pizza and it was COVERED IN CHEESE. Like a smart ass he asked if that was enough cheese and I just told him to leave. I wish there were other pizza delivery options near me I would never order from this DOMINO'S again.

Food is always delicious!! I did the coupon online that said one price but they didnt give it to me for that price. So, when I went in to pick up my order, I explained it to the young man there and he didnt seem to understand what I was talking about or just wasnt sure how to fix it. So, I just dropped it. I didnt want to stress him out because they were really busy and it was literally all kids in there and they were busting their butt. It was only a few dollars. Food was worth it!!

They can't seem to come close to an order as placed. delivery from anderson creek was on time, this time. However one of the pizzas was wrong. I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza with Philly steak. I got a Philly steak pizza with chicken. this may seem like a small detail, except for the context. I haven't ordered anything from domino's since I was down for 2 weeks with covid in 2021. it was going to be my first hot meal after recovery. it took two hrs to get here (1 block away), and was cold. literally cold. I asked the delivery girl what happened and she acted totally oblivious. did not offer a discount or anything. the ONLY reason I ordered this time was because someone told me about the half off deal. I gave this store a second chance, and it still can not perform simple requests. I got Philly sauce instead of Buffalo sauce. it changed the whole experience...this time I signed up for the membership so I could leave feedback if something was wrong. maybe in 2 more years they will hire someone competent?

For the longest they were one of the only pizza place in the area that delivered. The food was always fresh and delivered hot. Drivers are nice and courteous.

Over the past 2 years, I have ordered from this particular Domino’s store at least 1-2 times per month. I’m taking the time to leave a review because they consistently do a really good job by showing up fast, being polite, and always making sure that our order is right. The pizza is almost always super hot and baked to perfection. Shout out to the Ray Rd Domino’s Pizza for always doing such a good job!

The problem I have with Dominoes is the increased price with less product! I have always ordered the same pizza evey other Friday for the kids. I get extra sauce on the the pizza because it is always dry. This time, they changed me for the sauce, saying this is considered an extra topping! This will be my last time ordering from Dominoes!
