This place needs to stay here. Off the beaten path and good local Mexican cuisine. Lengua tacos are not on the menu, but they have them. Definitely delicious. Simple flavor and presentation.

My food was togo. I have never order Mexican food before where it seems like the Mexican was left out. Food had not even a sliver of authenticity to it. I could have went and bought frozen burritos from the store and had something that tasted better. All the proteins, rice, and beans were cooked to proper tenderness, but where is the flavor? Having to open a taco seasoning pack and use it as salt isn't a good thing

My girlfriend and i both ordered chicken ACP’s online. The online menu clearly states that the chicken ACP comes with peppers and onions right. ? My first time ever ordering and picking up the same guy who answers the phone wants to argue with me stating that bell peppers and onions are a extra charge and they do not come with the meal. I had to physically show him the online menu for him to compensate me. The next time my girlfriend orders on her own because this resturant is close to our house. She got the same thing as me. No bell peppers and onions.
I just called there Friday September 6, 2024 @ 9:30p and the same guy answers the phone. The last thing i say when ordering me and my girlfriend’s food is i just want to make sure the bell peppers and onions come inside my meal. He starts arguing with me, almost up charging me for something that already comes with the meal. I literally had to go online and read the menu to him. Too much of a hassle, and i thought the customer was always right. Whats all this back and forth about. Anyway don’t eat here. Eat somewhere else. Staff was friendly, but food was not good. I took a couple of bites and could not finish it. I got a taco and burrito ground beef. The beef was like baby food. Would be willing to try again if I knew the food had improved.

I wanted so bad for this place to be good, but no such luck. The ground beef was watery and pasty, the beef tips were dry and the shredded chicken was way too salty. I got a burrito with what appeared to be ranchero sauce. The sauce was very sweet with cinnamon in it. Chicken quesadilla was rubbery and salty. Chile relleno with ground beef was pasty and flavorless. I figured you can't ruin chips and salsa. I was wrong. The chips tasted like they were fried in old oil and salsa had a strange flavor that I couldn't place. Will not be back.

The place was empty whenever I arrived to pick up my order but the staff was very friendly & sounded like they were having a good time! Food was fresh, hot and delicious! My new favorite restaurant

Definitely one of the best Tex-Mex restaurants I've been to! While it's hardly the most romantic joint, the food can't be beat. If you're looking for a quality lunch, and you're craving Mexican food, eat here.

The chips were old and stale. The birria tacos were disappointing. This is what I got. These do not look like birria tacos.
