every paying customer is authorized the same quality McDonald’s service? Much improved, 12 minutes for any order., could you train someone to understand your online system, the employee’s have difficulty finding an online order code, ever time, which is half of the wait.

Most of the people are friendly enough and I have had no negative experience with the staff. If something is not right, they are quick to apologize and make it right. I do think they let some of their food sit too long and it is not as fresh as it could be. If they were more conscious of the freshness of the food, I would be willing to give 5 stars.

Been to this location about 4-5 times. They are very consistent. I’ve always received everything I’ve asked for and never missed a straw, napkins, or sauce. Food were fresh except one time the fries were a bit soggy. Overall one of the better McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. Only complaint is, if you’re coming from the East, you have to make a u turn to get to the side the restaurant is on.
