“A hidden gem in Spruce Pine. If you are looking for excellent Mexican food, then Blue Ridge Tacos is your place. The Birria tacos were superb. They had a special, 4 tacos for $12. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the corn tortillas were hand made. My wife had an Al Pastor and a Shrimp taco and she loved both. The Mexican street corn appetizer was also delicious and we finished off dinner with Fried Ice Cream. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant whenever you are in the area.“
