Bill and Bobs Coffee Bar

I had the pleasure of ordering a quad shot vanilla latte at Bill and Bob's Coffee Bar, and I have to say, it was absolutely worth it! The barista with blonde hair and purple streaks did a really good job. The espresso shots were rich and the vanilla perfectly balanced. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

I am picky about my coffee and I didn't have high expectations for Stallings, but this was awful.
Visited on a Sunday afternoon and the staff was friendly. Coffee was awful - if they even put any in my iced coffee. I asked for an iced coffee with a little splash of creamer. I had a watered down creamer drink. As I was waiting on my drink to be made the staff was explaining the process of pulling an espresso shot to another customer and it was clear the staff did not know much about pulling a shot. She then proceeded to allow the customer to touch the tamper and then used it to pull another customers shot - GROSS.
The food is all purchased from a store and resold - a missed opportunity to partner with a local baker.
It was dark in the back room - no lightbulbs in any of the hanging lamps.
The staff had brought their dog (also ew) who was roaming around and child who was trying his best to be quiet - but he's a kid who was extremely bored. Not the atmosphere to study in or friendly to those who are allergic to animals.

Great service! Great Atmosphere! Great Conversation! Amazing cafe con leche! I felt like I was back home in Tampa! Pleasantly surprised we stopped in on the way back to Fayetteville from our daughters' cross country race for a pick me up. So glad we did! We will be back next time we are in the Matthews area!

Girl behind the counter couldn't get through my order without hitting her vape. My drink tasted like dirty water. And she almost forgot to cash me out. Hard pass.

Outstanding atmosphere. Service was met with a Great conversation of the place. Found it very inviting. But the COFFEE OMG! THESE PEOPLE CAN MAKE A GREAT CUP. I didn't want to leave. Looking around seeing so many different characters of people for a common goal. Relax with a Great cup of Coffee. Highly Recommend This Place. If you are fortunate enough to meet the owner AL-Fliction (from Ink Masters the tattoo show) you will fund he is a very Humble guy who really cares and has a passion for God. I visited Bill & Bob’s today and had a great experience. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend a great brew or help with any special requests.

The coffee itself is top-notch—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I tried the breve and was blown away by the quality. Just to say the least, extremely picky and this was amazing!

Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or just looking for a comfortable spot to relax, Bill & Bob’s is a MUST visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Very poor customer service

The environment feels so safe to be able to open up and have meeting here. It’s also such a great vibe to just hang out and have a coffee or work on the computer. Im so grateful I found this place!
