Took my 6 year old son for breakfast. Girl in the front taking order was on the phone with blue tooth dropping f bombs and cussing someone out on the phone while taking order. Walked out and won’t be back.

I honestly think their staff are not working. We watched them serve a few cars and then made the rest of us in line wait 15 minutes without taking orders. We just left and have no idea if the others will be served. This is at 945am on a Sunday.

Service is not always It's the best simply because Crew and managers are more focused on drive through then the inside Of the store and front counter. If it weren't for the kiosk no one would get FAST food

OMG! I just spent $30+ and didn’t receive 1/3 of what I ordered, another 1/3 was completely wrong, so $30 on a filet of fish meal, the only part they got right. Of course no one is answering the phone! Normally we drive extra miles to avoid Stallings McDonald’s, but I was hopeful. Nope! They couldn’t do it. Now how do I get my money back????

To the lady at the drive through just now....maybe people wouldn't "get on your nerves" so much if you paid attention to what you were doing. Yes, I couldn't miss but hearing you. Obviously you meant me to as you walked off from the window. How dare I expect both of my orders and ask which meal and drink were which. One with onions and one with out. One unsweetened tea and one half and half tea. If you couldn't tell the difference how do you expect me to? I had separate orders for a reason. I don't want to have a taste test to figure out the drinks with my co-worker. You need an attitude adjustment!
I live around the corner of this location and I've probably been to this location 15 times and it's probably the worst McDonalds I've ever been to and its consistent. I try to give it another chance over and over again but it just get worse. I went today for breakfast and every table is completely dirty that me and my son didn't know where to sit and there was nobody at the tables (which would mean they've been dirty for a while.). We were given a number at the automated computer to order on our own and they never called our number until I went to ask about our food only to find it sitting there and then the lady ask "Is that yours?" I said "seems so but you never called my number" . We get home and the food was cold. It doesn't matter if you go through the driver through of inside its always just as bad every time. Customer service does not exists at this location. Stay out and go to the convivence store next door since they give better service.

Horrible all the way around. Drove the whole way circling the building to re-enter the drive thru 4 times Becuse nobody came and said hey or can I take your order or anything. So maybe the speakers are down so I pulled up to the pick up window. The final time all to be motioned away and told no, nonverbally as if they jsut gave up at the beginning of the day or nobody showed up and the one worker wasn’t even wanting. To crash out

We ordered the large for the fish combo and hot fries. Unfortunately they only have coke products for drinks but the orange fanta is good. Order was ready and hot in a few minutes; but if you are looking for a neat sandwich then you'll be disappointed. I'm more impressed with my food being Hot.

I used to not have any problems at this locations now every time I order curbside they come out without my drink. Then I have to tell the lady that brings it out and she says “they didn’t give it to you”. No they didn’t because I ordered curbside and your the first person and should be the only person I have to communicate with. It’s not hard to read a order ticket and see that it includes a drink.
