All employees were really nice and professional. 3 stars on service was because we were asked to pull forward to wait which was no biggie, but it was like they forgot us. After awhile a young man came out and said you still haven't got your food? Said no and although he had just got off he went back in with our receipt and came a couple minutes later with our food. Now that's an employee that went above and beyond

I’ve been coming here for breakfast for seven years now every once in a while, and every time it’s a good experience! Even with really specific weird breakfast orders they always do it just perfectly and the whole staff is super nice especially everybody who is working there this morning! Thanks for being the best McDonald’s in the Matthews area!

I’m giving this McDonald’s a full 5 stars—specifically compared to other McDonald’s locations. This was the best Mc Donald’s Quarter Pounder I’ve had in years. Not sure if I just got lucky, but the burger was fresh, juicy, and perfectly made. Service was great too. I really wish more McDonald’s were like this one. Well done!

I just sat outside for 30 minutes past your opening time, and whoever was working was severely rude when I was at the door at literally 6:28am. I asked her why she was so rude and she doubled down and closed the door on me. I’m typing this from the front door lol Get rid of her at all costs, awful person, what that old saying??? I’m calling corporate 😇
