Rude. Pizza has been good but the attitude sucks. Not by staff, from what i can tell it's the management. Tonight is enough. Grow up and respect your customers. Ultimately they pay your bills. I won't spend another dime at this place.

Meatball sub 10/10. Delicious food locally, nothing better than great service from great people, seems like a family owned business, we need more people like them.

This place is the real deal. Excellent lunch specials. Pies are cooked to order so you are getting it as fresh as you can get. Down south we would consider this a hole in the wall place to eat, which are typically some of the best locations to eat at. This NY Pizza Express did not disappoint.

I went inside because finally was by it hungry and in need of eating soon, what I didn't know when I planned today's visit is that i would become stuck in traffic and have to hold my bathroom need for so long that I would require timely bathroom access. Zero stars is not an option, owners are rude people who yell at first time customers I was on the verge of peeing myself when I came in to ask nicely to use the bathroom, it was raining I got soaked just to come in with the first question. While inside I offered to buy food in order to not be public consumption but a paying customer. I desperately needed the restroom after holding my bathroom need during a 50 minute drive due to horrible (rain). I didn't think I could make it to the Citgo's single occupancy women's restroom which could have been already in use. I further. I was not treated kindly, I wasn't yelling or being rude myself. (Driving in today's rainstorm was like driving in an actual New York snow based whiteout) the owner could have had some compassion and let a customer use a restroom under the weather conditions, I could understand an owner politely denying access - but this owner Screamed at me for no reason. And I told the lady I'm sorry but you won't let you use the restroom in weather conditions like this (thunderstorm strong enough to create flash flooding and close roads), then I can't give you my business today I ran into the gas station where the clerk there was friendly and helpful. I was again going to be a first time customer after using the restroom. I won't go back ever I had planned on buying 2 full pizzas and 2 full salads as well as appetizers and a dessert if on the menu. I would have been a first time customer. On my way back to my car I used their walkway to try and avoid the foot deep giant puddle of water forming across the parking lot outside their restaurant. Having gone to the Bathroom because I heard them yelling at me for walking to my car outside of their establishment I briefly politely let the woman know how she had made a potential first time visitor feel this was only second interaction with this unkind, rude, poor service providing owner Now I will never go back to try the food. Save yourself stress go to Brooklyn Pizza ( in Wesley chapel) or Austin Village's Harris Teeter that sells much cheaper pizza or the other Quality pizza place in Austin Village they know how to treat visitors their name is Butoni's and their pizza is the best in the area please don't waste hard earned Union county earned money at Union county's take out establishment of New York Pizza Express, where I highly doubt they would know a NY style pizza as I lived there and Butoni's delivers a Real NY Quality pizza perfect every single time with friendly service! But there's always this. At least I now understand why ther parking area is always empty. In the daytime, or nighttime - late morning, noon, later lunch or during dinner!

I got an Italian sandwich, being from Long Island, I would say it's close, it was the best I've had in the south claiming the NY title!
