I’m coming to this Smoothie King from now on! My family had rewards points to spend and we wanted to go to a new location since we’ve been to almost all of the Charlotte locations. The manager took our order and suggested the BEST PB Swizzle and made it himself ! I know It was going to taste wonderful. We thank you so much!

I've always said that their fruit bowls at this location are substandard. But how ironic is it that they no longer offer the two items that I purchase the most? First the Go Go Goji Crunch, now they no longer offer the Mango Strawberry Pure recharge. It's Almost like they don't want my business anymore. Give me a break!

I've had so many issues with this location. They often mess up my smoothie (only tastes the way it should 60% of the time), don't honor a discount when the app messes it up (just say sorry and expect you to leave), and just now called at 8:35 pm (when the app wouldn't let me order) to be told she was closing early (25 mins)because she was the only one there.And if you complain on social media the manager will offer you a free smoothie with no clear instructions on redeeming and then tell you to just tell them at the counter. Apparently this happens often enough the staff is just supposed to take your word for it.
