Me and my fiance come in there almost every Friday well last week we had the worse experience there with food and service even management and we will most likely not be going back our burgers come out before our fries the burgers was burnt and cold and had been sitting to the point you could not even tell it ever had cheese on it just a few spots on meat maybe not sure just hoping that's what it was all this after it took 15 to 20 mins to even get our drinks very very disappointed on how this restaurant has went down hill in the last2 years

Server had an attitude from the first time she came to our table. Salad was delivered with wrong dressing and she dismissed my query, " no, it's right" (No, it wasn't.)
Every time she passed our table, she turned away to avoid any eye contact or ability for us to get service. My dining partner started going to the bar to get refills.
I ordered a sandwich plate, and when the food was dropped off by a runner, it was a platter. When the bill came, I was charged for a platter (more food that I didn't eat and an upcharge). I told her that's not what I ordered. "Yes, it is. We have plates and baskets. You ordered the basket." Applebee's does not have baskets and she argued about that until I got a menu again. "What do you want me to do?" Take the extra charge off (and stop arguing with me about stuff that's not on your menu).
She stomped away and returned with a corrected bill.
My wife tipped 10% while I was in the restroom. That was a 10% gift.

Only giving the 2 stars because the waitress was nice. The food was cold… everybodies .. I had the parm steak and shrimp and it was sent back cold and brought back out on same plate clearly microwaved but not microwaved enough… the chef isn’t seasoning the food well or cooking with care. Everybody else at my table ate their cold food… a cold steak is something I will always pass on. Very disappointed because I chose to treat my family to Applebees and this was the outcome. As always the FOS was good… but that’s hard to mess up and that could’ve even been under the broiler longer. I used to manage Applebees and can pinpoint that your issue is in the kitchen.

First, I understand that everything has gone up in price thanks to inflation. With that being said the restaurant could to a little bit more, like cleaning for one thing. The booth we were sitting in looked like somebody threw a drink against the wall and nobody bothered to clean it. The when the server brought out our meals, the knife she gave me should have been thrown away. It looked like somebody laid it on something very hot and melted the handle. The meal was pretty lackluster as well. There are a lot of other restaurants nearby Unless you are a fan of that restaurant, I would suggest considering going elsewhere.

The absolute worst apple bees I have ever had. Food took over a hour with five people dining and tasted like it was old and microwaved. The entire staff is rude and unprofessional at best. Statesville needs to shut this down next!

Great value when two can dine for $25. Kasey was our server and did a great job. This Applebee's, in Statesville, is like a Cheers type of hangout. It appears all the locals gather here. It's a treat to see this coming from a big city. Very friendly and sociable atmosphere.
Good food HORRIBLE SERVICE lousy atmosphere as the servers where all just standing around complaining about schedule changes!

My husband and I went on Veterans Day and both of us ate the ribs and they were pretty good. The Asian Spicy Sauce was a little spicier than I expected but our server did warn me, and when I said something she brought me some of the BBQ sauce and it helped cool things down. My husband got a free cheeseburger because he is former Air Force and he raved about how good it was so I tasted it and it really was delicious. I am on Keto so I didn’t eat the fries even though they looked fantastic and my husband said they were delicious. I really liked that it was relatively clean especially compared to some of the other restaurants in the same general area. The salad was very fresh too. Overall we had a good meal and we plan on going back and trying more of their menu choices.

This Apple Bees was not what I expected . The waitress was all over the place, there was no cheese sauce for the beer battery bread sticks, they charged twice for 1 beer, the largest appetizer was not hot and no celery. I had to go and get our silverware myself. Now I don't know about you but $50.00 may mot be much for you but it's alot for me considering it wasn't a good experience. I won't be back. Worst Apple Bees ever.
