Time after time they are always out of something. Au jus, Tea, Jalapeno poppers, Roast Beef, etc etc. They never ever have the full menu. After many many visits of having to change my order I'm done. No more Arby's here.

I got through the drive through ordering a half pound roast beef sandwich. I ask for Arby's sauce at the order box. I get up there and pay and ask if the sauce is in the bag. The girl snips, it's in the bag. Bet. I leave go home and sit down to my meal. I do have Arby's sauce. I also have this half rare roast beef sandwich. Tf? I go back, which is a 25 minute round trip for me. I go in, can I have a refund please? She gets the manager. He asks, hello? I say, hey, can I have a refund please? He starts processing the refund, all the while I'm looking at him waiting for him to ask what the problem is, maybe how he can make the order right, even a sorry for the inconvenience. He says nothing. So I ask, so you're not guna ask me why I'd like a refund? He gives me a blank stare back then asks, why? I pull the sandwich from the bag to which he says... they say to cook it to medium rare. To which I say, no they don't. I in all the years I've had roast beef sandwiches from Arby's I have NEVER had the roast beef be ANY kind of pink much less as pink/red as that is. He did give the refund without a fuss and I left. You're response, while appreciate, does not work. What are yall doing over there? Smh

We went there on a Sunday night and my daughter ordered the kids meal with nuggets for her daughter who is 18 months old. She'd eaten like two of them and then when my daughter was breaking them apart she noticed that one of them was still raw on the inside. So I went to the counter and asked the person working there today. Think that it was raw and he said I don't know. So then I asked another man and he said oh that's just the brown meat. No it wasn't. They're signed. Plainly says their nuggets are made of 100% white meat. So why would you tell me that it was the brown meat that made up the Nugget? We definitely will not eat there again that could have given my granddaughter food poisoning. Thank God. My daughter saw that it was raw on the inside. They never offered to make it right. Never offered to cook some more or give a refund.

Do not go to this place they do not care whether you can not have certain items on a sandwich, and they just want to charge you more for something else. The staff is extremely rude at the drive-thru!!!!

I went there today for the first time. I asked for buffalo sliders with extra buffalo sauce and the ranch that comes on the slider I wanted extra on the side. I told to lady I would be happy to pay but she argued they can only give me ranch packets. I explained calmly that the ranch on the sliders is different, thats why I wanted a small cup on the side and I would pay extra. She then told me that would mess up her inventory cause they can't do cups on the side. But she can put the extra on the sandwich. I said that don't make since I'm paying for the extra ranch I just want it on the side instead. I asked to speak to the manager then she told me she was the general manager and she's not loosing her job for nobody. I thought that was so rude when I told here I would pay extra. At that point I canceled my order and she smirked yelled cancel that order to the back.. I then went 9min up the road to another Arby's who did it no problem. I will never go back there again and I see why people complain about them online. That is not good customer service to a customer that is willing to pay extra for a product.
