Very clean on the inside. Self-serve drinks and plentiful dipping options that you have unlimited access to. Food was quickly prepared. Good option for dining inside for fast food.

The new manager is nice. But Arby's needs to get the general manager off the couch to help and also train the team. Waiting 20 minutes for fast food because they forgot to cook the food is ridiculous. This Arby's should be closed and just staff the others. It's obvious the owner doesn't care about service. I do not recommend going here, if you want Arby's go to the one on hwy 21. It at least seems like the owner and managers care there

Honestly I'm still a little iffy on this place. Twice I drove up to the drive up speaker and asked to get some roast beefs and they told me that they were out of roast beef!! I asked if i was at arbys and they told me i was. Another time i went they said the system was down and they didn't know how to restart it!! Wow. I was wondering if they was going to stay in business. Recently however it looks like they got a new manager and some experienced people and they got us out fast with very fresh food! Went in and ate last time and they got our food fast and it was very good! The girl even had a smile on her face!! I will be going back to give more experience but i think they have turned a corner and seem to be doing way better. My stars are given as an over all score.Parking: Parking is always great as the location is placed well.

I ordered on DoorDash. The restaurant told my dasher they weren’t open yet and they didn’t have anything that I ordered. Why would you let people order from your restaurant if you won’t fulfill the order. Also they were very rude to the dasher. I will Never eat

Ordered two of the new cheesy bacon burgers on app. Had to go in to pick it up. No bacon on either burger. Fries were completely cold. Classic Statesville quality of service, poor at best.
