Arrived at 9:07pm to locked door when the door clearly states lobby is open till 10. I walked here and can't go through the drive thru so this is unacceptable.

I love this place I order online and it's always a huge order since there is 5 of us and they have it ready in ten minutes flat and it's correct every single time. They don't slip on the sauces and make sure to speak when you show up.
I asked for no bun but with tartar sauce. They have a great crispy fish, tarter on the side, fork & knife, with extra napkins. Also soo polite! ❤️ I couldn’t help myself and already bit into the picture. Plus fish was great & crispy! They made my day! 😎

I got a completely raw chicken sandwich. The only part cooked on it was a little of the outside ring of the patty. Called to let the cook know, was told it's a common problem with someone hitting the fry button instead of the chicken one. So definently an issue with undercooked food.
