Those young whippersnappers gave us watery milkshakes. Then they had the audacity to give us an extra milkshake and charged us for them. And to top off their devilish deeds the doors locked 30 min before closing when we arrived, so we had to go through the drive thru. Then these terrible workers made us wait like 10 minutes when we were the only ones there. Then they almost gave us an iced coffee which we didn't order.

Ice cream tasted freezer burned and like trash. Couldn’t even finish my 2 scoops because it tastes weird. M&M’s I got as toppings were 100% old because they did not taste good either. No desirable flavors either. I ended up getting chocolate chip vanilla because it was the more appealing one out of the other flavors with m&ms on it.

This place it also Dunkin Donuts together. Today I went to Dunkin' Donuts to pick up an order for a customer of mine. I walked up to the counter and asked about my order to a young black haired Caucasian woman. She said no problem I will look into it. she walked off and a few minutes later a older woman Caucasian asked me the same question and I showed her the order that I had in the customer's name. She said no problem I will help you with that. While she was looking into it the first young woman walked up to me at the counter then said there is no need for you to do that, I will take care of that do you understand? I said that's fine and waited for the order to be completed. What this young girl needs to learn is don't be so condescending and rude to your customer like that because everyone will know eventually. And I will add she said this while the older woman was listening trying to get my order done. Other than that, everything else aside was clean plenty of food and plenty of coffee orders to go around hopefully this young girl will see this and understand people don't got time for rude behavior and being rude to your other employees won't help you at all but get you in big trouble.

Dirty and don't want to give you what you ordered the way it is suppose to be
Spent over $12 and didn’t even get a total of 6oz of ice cream between 3 cups. The girl who scooped it out rolled each scoop one time, it was hollow. She didn’t even pack the scoop. Horrible waste of money

Tried to get some food and ice cream at 7:50 on a Monday night and the door was locked and the employee was sweeping inside. The open sign was lit up. Very confusing. Drive through was open, staff didn’t seem very happy about it though.
