This has got to be the worst bojangles in Iredell county. The employees are so rude, they wave their hands in your face rushing you to order, huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes at you. This is the 3rd bad experience with their employees we've had with this location. Get it together Bojangles!!! Didn't even complete our order, decided to go elsewhere.

Ordered from the drive thru. Realized when I got to the window the order was incorrect and I told the cashier. The Manager stated “fine time to say something” in a very sarcastic and rude way. It took everything I had not to start cursing at the window. I see now why the ratings for this establishment are so low. This visit was around 12:50 pm on Sunday, November 9th.

Went in an hour before pickup, they said they were out of 2 piece meals, and also tried to say they were out of sweet tea. When they finally found a half gallon, they tried giving a regular drink when a Large was paid for and got upset that I asked for the size paid for.

This is an original store. The biscuits were melt in your mouth! The nuggets and chicken were cooked perfectly. This is the first time in years that the biscuits had the perfect amount of butter on top. The ones we have used before have no butter on top! I'm broken down in my motorhome and was so impressed with the people taking the order and cooks, well chefs because the food was perfect! I recommend this bojangles to everyone!

We came through the drive through and were told 4 minutes left on the bo berry biscuit. We were ok with that so we pull forward to wait, Not 4 or 5 but 15 minutes. They bring us out the food, without the bo berrys we were waiting for. Ok, a little annoying but whatever. Go back in to get them and was treated like we were the problem. We leave and make it home with the food. Missing ranch that we had to pay for, And a side of Mac n cheese. 20 minute experience total and still was missing food. This sucks.
