Went through the drive-through and went to order 45 minutes before they closed and was told they already cleaned the grill and they weren’t cooking anything else. The lady was very rude and disrespectful and they still weren’t closing till 45 minutes and all I was asking for it was for something simple like a biscuit in her excuse was they were cleaning the grills and they weren’t cooking anything else cause they were about to close

Just went in to eat dinner at bojangles and stood at the register to order. An employee came through and said someone would be with us in a minute. No customers in the dinning area, 1 car in the drive through and the employees stood back there singing and dancing and ignored us. Get it together Bojangles. We will take our business elsewhere.

I go here often for the guys at work and myself I've gotten to know the staff and they treat me very well just like they do every other customer this is definitely a good Bojangles to stop at and get your meals

ordered the gravy and biscuit this morning and gravy was so salty i unable to eat it, and then i ordered the cajun chicken biscuit for wife and she said the center of the chicken was chewy, this told me it was not thoroughly cooked, which could make people sick.I like Bojangles just not this one ; this was second try . the first time i tried there i wasn't impressed either

We went up to the drive-thru of this store and ordered a two-piece white meat meal with dirty rice and fries. When we got to the window they gave us a box of tenders with just fries no dirty rice. The woman at the window was extremely rude one week. You wonder why fast food restaurants, including Bojangles themselves, are going to robots and remote ordering because of a lack of quality of employees. It's also useless in a place like this to talk to the manager because the manager is just as useless or worse.

This Bojangles has some of the slowest service. I’ve never seen a more disorganized fast food chain. I have to wait 10-15 minutes everytime I order. They never have anything ready. I’m like how do you not have chicken and biscuits ready, it’s their main business. Corporate really needs to take a look at this store and see what is going on and make some changes!

Placed an online order for what I thought was faster and more convenient..my order never came out ( carside delivery) so I went in the store . It took an associate, 8 minutes to even acknowledge, that I was standing there. When finally someone came to help me , I still waited an unacceptable time. Placed my order at 4:22 and didn't receive my order until 5:05 pm . We moved close to this Bojangles, and do frequent often , but in the past few months , it's been bad , and even management didn't seem to care . There was no apology for the wait and the food was very sub - par . The chicken supremes were so overcooked they were too chewy to eat . We will not be returning. Do better bojangles

Typically, Bojangles is a solid choice for fast food, with tasty traditional fried chicken and consistently satisfying sides—aside from the macaroni and cheese, which sometimes misses the mark. This time, I decided to try something different and ordered the Bo Rounds, macaroni and cheese, and hot wings. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations.
When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, yet it still took about 20 to 25 minutes to receive my order. While I appreciated that they made the chicken wings fresh, they turned out to be disappointingly slimy and lacked any crispiness—surprising for something just cooked.
The macaroni and cheese was also underwhelming compared to what I've had here before. It seemed to lack flavor, and perhaps a touch of seasoning or a cheesy topping could elevate it, as it currently feels a bit bland. On a brighter note, the Bo Rounds were perfectly cooked as usual.
The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was reasonably clean, but the long wait time and disappointing food quality would make me hesitate to return. If I had stuck with their traditional fried chicken, I probably would have been happier, but with this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon.
