Went through the drive-through and went to order 45 minutes before they closed and was told they already cleaned the grill and they weren’t cooking anything else. The lady was very rude and disrespectful and they still weren’t closing till 45 minutes and all I was asking for it was for something simple like a biscuit in her excuse was they were cleaning the grills and they weren’t cooking anything else cause they were about to close

Just went in to eat dinner at bojangles and stood at the register to order. An employee came through and said someone would be with us in a minute. No customers in the dinning area, 1 car in the drive through and the employees stood back there singing and dancing and ignored us. Get it together Bojangles. We will take our business elsewhere.

I go here often for the guys at work and myself I've gotten to know the staff and they treat me very well just like they do every other customer this is definitely a good Bojangles to stop at and get your meals

ordered the gravy and biscuit this morning and gravy was so salty i unable to eat it, and then i ordered the cajun chicken biscuit for wife and she said the center of the chicken was chewy, this told me it was not thoroughly cooked, which could make people sick.I like Bojangles just not this one ; this was second try . the first time i tried there i wasn't impressed either

We went up to the drive-thru of this store and ordered a two-piece white meat meal with dirty rice and fries. When we got to the window they gave us a box of tenders with just fries no dirty rice. The woman at the window was extremely rude one week. You wonder why fast food restaurants, including Bojangles themselves, are going to robots and remote ordering because of a lack of quality of employees. It's also useless in a place like this to talk to the manager because the manager is just as useless or worse.
