i had to go get another tea after drinking what i thought was bleach but they said it was soap where they didn’t get all the soap out the night before just a warning to everyone that some of these workers here are lazy and you never know what you’re getting in your drink!!

My two year-old loves gravy biscuits and I get him one from here all the time. Today i was horrified to see this one had plastic in it and I had already fed him half. This was around 10:30 ish am

I would give zero stars if I could!! We stopped by yesterday to get two sausage biscuits and the biscuits were so hard you couldn’t eat them. The sausage tasted like rubber. The employee at the drive thru window didn’t say thank you, and we didn’t get a receipt. We will not be returning there. Very disappointed!!

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE
I placed a curbside order at 5:06, got a notification it was ready at 5:14, and pulled into the curbside spot at 5:15. I then sat there for 35 minutes like an idiot waiting on food that was apparently just sitting inside the whole time. I watched an employee walk right past my car to deliver someone else’s order, look straight at me, and then go back in without a second thought. Nobody ever came out. Not once. When I finally went inside at 5:50, my food was sitting there cold and forgotten. It was handed to me with no explanation or apology.
This was hands down one of the laziest, most careless crews I’ve ever encountered. If no one wants to do their job, take down the curbside option. Do better, Bojangles.

Just like the rest of Bojangles going downhill quick they didn’t even have ketchup for the bow rounds and the staff all seem like they’re in a bad mood like nobody’s getting paid worth a damn to be there

They left the fries out of the bag and when I went back in to get my fries they were mushy 3/4 of the way full and I ordered a family size fry and my husband ordered a gravy biscuit and got a piece of a biscuit and a half of another biscuit didn't even get a whole biscuit. Also I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and at ordered extra bacon with it the bacon was floppy and the biscuit was so breezy that it was on my hands from the outside of the wrapper along with the fact that the egg was mushy and falling off of it and the cheese look like it was from a week ago.
They don't close until ten , but at nine o'clock all they have are supremes

Best Bojangles I’ve had in a LONG time. Food was fresh and delicious. Nakeya was super nice when the computer didn’t take our order correctly in the drive thru and fixed it for us. I honestly have avoided Bojangles for a while because of the food quality and lack of service.

I finally decided to write a review on this bojangles. The food at this bojangles doesn't taste like other bojangles. The chicken sandwich was rubbery with no pickle on it and the mayonnaise looked brown, I couldn't eat it.

They've gone to an AI ordering system for the drive thru that can't get an order right. It's ruined this location. And when the AI gets an order wrong, the staff is visibly annoyed that you expect them to fix it.

Fries were a wet soggy mess, not even the air fryer could fix them. I also came in yesterday 9-13 and the assistant manager was very rude to multiple customers
