We were tired after a long week and didn't feel like cooking, so the 10 year old suggested Bojangles. Antonio took amazing care of us tonight. He was so friendly and pleasant. I wish more people would have his joyful attitude, this world would certainly be a much better place. Kudos to him and the Friday night team, you guys rock!
Honestly, I’ll drive out of my way on the way somewhere just to stop by this Bojangles. It is ALWAYS fresh in the morning, every single time, without fail. I don’t think I’ve ever had my food be wrong or bad. This morning my biscuit was probably the hottest, freshest biscuit I’ve ever eaten in my life. You guys are doing it exactly right, and other places need to take notes!! Fantastic!
Parking: Large lot easy enough for service trucks to get in and out.

We visited late morning today, on a drive to Raleigh, and the place was crowded and severely understaffed. Not sure if the management isn't staffing well or if a few people didn't show up for their schedule, but it was a hot mess. One poor young woman was overworked, desperately trying to take orders/run the register and fill orders with zero help. She kept getting interrupted to give napkins to guests because the eating area wasn't stocked with them. We ordered two biscuits (chicken and egg and bacon), fries, and Bo-tato Rounds, to go. My husband's chicken biscuit was fine. My egg and bacon biscuit turned out to be missing the egg. The biscuit was mushy (undercooked) and there was ONE piece of bacon on it. The Bo Rounds were also undercooked and mushed together. My meal was altogether disappointing and unedible. Sadly, we were in a hurry and couldn't turn back to go exchange the food. Bojangles is usually great, but this was just plain gross. The management needs to better staff the shifts and do some product quality control!!

This Bojangles never has any of the sides ready at night went there at 8:00 pm wanting a chicken rice bowl and they didn’t have the chicken or the beans or the rice the only time they have these things is when they fix them for their friends to give it to them for free should just close this one down

The food was really good, but the service was terrible. If you're inside wanting to order you get no service if you're in a drive-through they pay more attention to you. The seating area was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The restaurant or the cooking section was dirty and needed very much attention. The food was really good despite all of the other problems.

I went thru the drive thru, only to be told through the speaker that I had to come inside. I waited in line inside for 10 minutes, and finally ordered a cup of coffee. I was told they don't sell coffee Lunch. Co pletely lousy customer service.

We visited this location this morning on our way to the beach. When ordering we ordered the Cajun fillet biscuit combo with seasoned fries. As we were at the window to pay we ask to add a butter biscuit. We were told she couldn’t that we would have to drive around and order again. How hard is it to add a biscuit to an order ? Then when checking our bag they put bo rounds instead of seasoned fries. So we told her and she argued with us. And told us “give me back the Bo rounds “ which you don’t do. That’s a big no no. Anyway this isn’t our first bad experience here at this location. It seems that the workers are hateful and have no respect for the public.
