I see a lot of bad reviews. My experience was different! I was greeted kindly, cashier and workers were pleasant and in a good mood! I did go at 8am so that might have played a part. I ordered the butter biscuits, which were phenomenal 😋 I encourage you to try going into places and environments with a open positive mind set, sometimes if your negative. You can create that reality for yourself. They need to teach the drive thru person how to be friendly. Biscuit sandwich falls apart, need a plate and fork to eat it. Unfriendly staff

Second time being by there to order food in the afternoon for a brand new building what kind of staff do they got working on the night shift floors are filthy I will never eat there. It’s sad to see a new building. Looks like they should be shut down with the bo boxes on the floor and just dirty you can see this at the drive through window It was everywhere!!! I’m already surprised the health department ain’t shut it down!
Whem placing my order on 11/30/2025 at approximately 10:45 am, I noticed the black guy making the biscuits didn't have a beard net over his goatee. Not ony that, he didn't have one on at all. Very unsanitary !!!

What in the world is going on at this Bojangles? Is there even a manager? If not, the need one desperately. If so, they need a new one. We just went through the drive thru. The staff was yelling and dancing we could hear it through the closed drive thru window. Of course, they messed up our order. Imagine that.

It is difficult to get in and out because if the construction. I order a bacon and tomato biscuit, steak egg and cheese biscuit, and a steak egg and cheese carolina crunch. The bacon and tomato was bacon egg and cheese and the carolina crunch was only steak. The eggs were burnt
