First time having Bojangles and it was very good. I like how their chicken has supreme flavoring and crispness. Way better than Cane's chicken. Their biscuits here were amazing. Best Biscuit Ever. I wasn't a fan of their coleslaw.

You cannot go wrong with the grilled chicken sandwich here!!!!Juicy and moist tender breast of chicken perfectly seasoned and highly favored..I mean flavored. The Cheddar Bo biscuit will change your life and make you question if it's "truly this good" as I said to myself whilst eating mine. Don't even get me started on the Bo berry biscuit because that thing is worth going to jail for. Please note: I nor Bojangles wants anyone to get in trouble for a biscuit or chicken but THIS stuff is worth fighting for. *Allegedly*Seriously....GO GET YOU SOME NOW. ...... WHY Are you still scrolling through Google? Get to this place before they close. Ask for sauce too. They have amazing sauces ??OMG I almost forgot about the pinto beans . AMAZING!!! Worst bojangles I’ve ever been to. Packed full of rude disrespectful employees that could care less about their job and the customers and don’t even pay attention to what you order just grab random stuff and put it in your bag to get you out of there ZERO
The service I was given was very unprofessional. One of the people that serviced me at the window, talked and act, very unprofessional. First they come to the window with their pants down to their thighs then they was putting my order together with some camouflage type up hat or toboggan on. Then they started talking to me, with some kind of ghetto slang. They messed my order up and made me feel like it was my fault for them not fixing my order correctly. When I plainly told them what I wanted. Then when I was trying to add to my order at the window because they could not hear me , they told me that I have to come inside that they couldn’t take my order at the window. When I received my food, it was cold. This was a very horrible experience. I would not recommend this Bojangles to anyone not even my worst enemy.

I live in Statesville and love bojangles but this is the worst one ever built. I've been to it close to 20 times. I've found the door unlocked twice. Unacceptable. Don't tell me you need help. Pay them! Brian Sloan

Food was good. I had steak buscuit combo with sweet tea. I had to pay extra for a honey mustard to dip my fries in. I was told I could have ketchup for free for the fries but had to pay for one honey mustard for the fries. Was the first at any Bojangles that I had to do this. I was told all Bojangles did this, but if so, this was the only one that I've seen.
