Came in over the weekend with my family of 7. We had to wait 15 minutes to get seated. When my husband went in to talk to the host our server Briana was helping the host who seemed stressed. She was the only one who spoke to us even though it was super busy. After we were sat, we sat for close to 15 minutes. Another table was sat beside us and after she spoke to them she came over and asked if someone had got us. After we told her we were about to leave she apologized and told us she could take care of us. BEST SERVICE IVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. Even with her taking care of half the dining room she still made time to be patient and attentive. Can’t wait to come back!

I didn't rate atmosphere because I ate outside. Casual burger place. Service good and friendly. They warned our order would take awhile because they had a large take out order. I appreciated this. Fries were delicious as well as burgers.

I had such high hopes for this place! Great beer selection, unique burgers, in a cute town, etc. I ordered the sexy goat, a burger with goat cheese & jam on a brioche bun. The burger wasn't warm when it arrived at the table. The beef patty seemed like it was cooked from frozen, not fresh, and there was very little goat cheese or jam on the burger. It definitely had potential, though, and it's something Im definitely going to try making at home. The onion rings were amazing, and while they were big, you only got 3 with your order. We also had 5 kids in our party, and they didn't get their food until after we had finished ours. Something about a lost ticket or someone just never put the order in. Management did step in, though, and tried to make things right. Perhaps they were just having an off night.

Service was extremely slow. Unfortunately food was even worse. When politely complaining about the food, not even an offer to remake the food, After waiting a long time, we had to ask for our check. No discount, no apology, so I made a spectical of the poor service and food as I put the completely uneaten food on the the counter. I really wish we could give 0 stars as we paid only to be able to give a paid review. Don't waste your money going here.
Not impressed ,the waitress never came back by ,they got several employees but only a couple actually work hard to keep the customers happy ,I sat there and watched them all , I can't see why the management can't see who's doing a good job and who isn't , food was good just service is lacking 5 stars

Got the broad st pimento fries the pimento cheese was cold and just made the whole appetizer taste horrible. Got the patty melt burger and the sourdough bread was hard as a rock , and the burger had hardly any flavor or toppings on it. The side of baked beans tasted okay but was not even warm. Waitress was MIA and had to chase her down to tell her my soda wasn’t right. Definitely won’t be returning.
