The cashier from last night was very friendly he definitely went above and beyond when I asked for a receipt he was out of paper I didn't want to wait he looked so heart broken that he couldn't help more he definitely needs a raise this bk definitely is top tier in Statesville

I’ve lived here for two years now, maybe gone here like 8 times and every single time no matter what time of day or how many cars there are , it is hands down the worst and slowest drive through I have ever experienced every single time, wasting gas… today was the last straw, never again, took 5 minutes just to take my order while I sat at the order screen and then 5 minutes of fussing with the cash register, still no burger or payment had happened so I left. Never again.

The girl at the window was kinda rude when I asked for things I needed with my order. I don't know why it was an issue, but if you can't be nice at a drive-thru window then maybe you shouldn't be in customer service.

After sitting in drive-thru for 25 mins, order was missing items. Parked to go in to get the rest, they have both doors locked so no one can get in to get their correct order unless you sit another 25 mins in the drive-thru again.

Kaylee was so sweet and nice!😊 She took the time to get our order right. My husband was blown away by her service and kindness. Most drive-thru people aren't and don't care, but not Kaylee! She's our favorite, and we will be coming back.
