I had horrible experience with lfemale manager Melanie. Was rude acting like I was lying about item left out of a past order. DJ manager who was.very professional assured me he'd leave my name to send it next time. After I hung up with female he told her it was legit and she did call and apolize. Anyway today I ordered and DJ went above and beyoND even sending extra items. Thank you for being a wonderful manager. They are lucky to have you. I truly appreciate all you did to remedy the mistake. Food was wonderful. He made the food himself.

I hardly ever leave a review but I have never dealt with a place where the manager was so unprofessional and rude. I'm disabled so I have food delivered a lot. I called them because they left out one of my double crossings. Male manager super nice said yes it was there. He apologized and asked if I wanted to come get it. I don't drive so he said my next order he'd send it. Next time I ordered he said he'd put it in but there was a mix up with the way my name was shown. Apologized again took complete blame said ill give you 2 next time. So I was getting ready to order and called to tell them. Female manager basically called me a liar. She said no way could they do that. The other manager assured me he wrote it down with both names to be sure I got it next time. The female didn't take time to look said she wouldn't do it and a manager over the one I spoke with said no way. I order at least twice a week from here but I'm done. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. No wonder they are only a 3. My food is usually good so I'm sure it's because of customer service. All I wanted was what I was promised and what I'd paid for. Shame on them for treating customers this way. So unprofessional. Must be slim pickings for them to hire this despicable person. I almost put lady but she is definitely not a lady

Chicken fries and chocolate Oreo shake….
The shake….got me quiet for a minute. Made me realize how small we are in the grand scheme of things. And how coincidental that everything perfect to make it this divine shake, everything g it needs to be, portioned out even owefectly and to my surprise, the bottom melted out perfectly. Thank you for sharing your gift with me
I order some food and when I got it, the bacon on my bacon cheese burger was half cooked. I took the bacon off the second sandwich cause I had already eaten the first and my stomach started hurting, then I got sick, so when my stomach calmed down I looked at the second bacon cheese burger and found the bacon was half cooked, so if you order a sandwich with bacon ask to see the bacon before it's put on the sandwich if you have it delivered look at it before you eat it.

Food is usualy dry and overcooked. Takes forever to get your food, workers can be unprofessional even for a fast food resteraunt. I pulled up one day at 8 o'clock and the employees was outside and shook their head no at me and told me they wasnt accepting orders at this time. Some days ill go there and the food and workers are great and other times its worst service ive ever had
