The employees will not let you in to do a pickup, the employees will not let your kids in to use the bathroom if they "already have people" in the store. And don't order through the app, cause by the time you get your food it's god damned cold. Close this restaurant and just go to the one on east broad Street.

Usually don't have any issues here, but this time was different, they got annoyed cause we asked them to substitute a chocolate shake for an Oreo shake and they said they couldn't because of the price difference...uhm..a chocolate shake costs less than an Oreo shake but whatever.God forbid they don't have what you order on the app, you'll lose your money !!!!!

Every time I come here they tell me they don’t have any burger meat and just now they closed 10 minutes early. Turned all the lights off still standing in there but refusing to take any orders. I hate this Burger King. They need to go ahead and close it down.
