I visited today and had an excellent experience. Garrison took my order and was exceptionally polite and professional, providing outstanding customer service which made my day. Nick and Abby were also very courteous and attentive, ensuring our order was complete when delivering our food. Their teamwork and attention to detail made the visit very enjoyable. Overall, the service was exemplary and made for a wonderful experience.

I'm a semi-regular here for lunch because of the fast and friendly service. Yesterday that was taken to a while new level. I left my debit card at home and was hoping to use Google or Samsung pay. Unfortunately, they only take Apple pay. Darius, the awesome guy who directs traffic during lunch, took care of my meal for me. I was/am beyond grateful. They were even giving out flowers yesterday and I got a cute little bouquet. Love this place!

It's a weekly play date for my grands when it's too cold to go to the park. Kids love the fries & play room.
The store was dirty. The biggest issue was the play area. No air in the play area and it was extremely hot. I kept worrying the kids might have a heat stroke. It was hot standing in the play area let along running around.

How many times do I need to visit this particular Chick-fil-A, order the kale salad, pay extra for the kale salad and request to have the roasted nuts and not receive them??? It has probably been at least 15-20 times this has happened. Is it a financial issue with this location where they cannot afford to give out the roasted nuts with the kale salad that I paid extra for?? Signed, dissatisfied Chick-fil-A Customer
