the service has been bad at the statesville location for awhile now. the employees don’t pay attention (or just don’t care enough). the parking lot and traffic is a mess during rush hours. every other location I’ve been to has a simple process and their service is very good. I try to avoid coming to this one if I can. sheesh!

Great location and atmosphereSometimes the employees have a bit of blinders on where customers may have to wait extra, but that happens when there are younger people working. Still very friendly, no complaints there.Food got a 4 of 5 due to price and portions. Excellent quality to be sure.
