Everything was good. Our waitress was new, however, did her best to accommodate! I give 1 ⭐️ because my date was allergic to tomatoes and they ignored the request for no tomatoes. Neither did they have an option for tea.

Went for a family dinner. Everything was good except the amount of time it took for our order to come out. Close to 30 minutes or so which isn't typical of any Chili's I've ever been to. However the server was at least proactive about the situation. Didn't give us direct details but explained there was an issue and we weren't the only ones affected. To me that is always the best way tp handle the situation. Do not need to give exact details but some information is better than no information.

Food was late, cashier was rude, never saw a manager. One man ordered through door dash, it was wrong 3 times, so he brought it back himself. Food was ok , but not worth what I paid. This 🌶️ used to be great, not sure what happened.
