It typically doesn't take a long time to get takeout from there. The only time so far that I have had any issues was on a holiday when they were extra busy. The food is good and the servers are well good attitude.

Order 2 salads. Missing items from the salad. This locations management is incompetent! Need to remove all staff and start over.

It's my favorite place to eat. But sometimes the staff doesn't pay attention to what you tell them what you want to eat. We went in to share something and they said something getting the 3 for me it would be cheaper then they charged us for everything Ala carte. It was ridiculous. Sometimes the food is way too spicy. I had something one time that I could only eat a couple of bites of and couldn't finish it so they sent me home with another meal and chips. They will only use the kiosk and nothing else unless you pay in cash.

Never work for this place! My boyfriend was fried yesterday after only being there a week and a half just for simply asking questions!! He worked the fry side yesterday not only did they get mad for him asking questions he was alone and even had to prep his stuff twice! Considering he has a TBI which also gives him a little memory issues so he sometimes has to take a literal second to stop and think about what is next. This place is flowing with rude workers especially the grill cook from that day (7-27-25) and yes he did inform at least 3 managers of his medical conditions. I already figured they were going to find a BS reason to get rid of him because they took their time giving him his uniform( literally got it the day he was fired) when everyone else that was hired around the same time or after him got theirs within the first couple of days being on the job!!! I will be spreading the word to everyone I know to not go to this horrible place! The food isn’t that good to begin with!! Just absolutely horrible people that work there especially the management and cooks!! Do NOT try to get a job there!! I wouldn’t waste my time eating there either!! I’ve worked in the restaurant business for many years and they deserve to be sued over that or at least the owners should clean house! Also the cooks DO NOT wear gloves or proper hair covers!! The cook from yesterday has long hair down past his butt and doesn’t wear a hat or anything! So owners might need to check on that because I know for a fact that’s not allowed and the fact that no gloves are ever used while cooking peoples food is not allowed!! So be safe to those of you that still choose to eat there!!!

My fiance and I attempted to try this Chili's for the first time on 07/20/25. Drspite being fairly busy we did not have to wait for a table. We were seated at 130pm and our server delivered our drinks and took our food order within 10 minutes. At 230pm another server (not our server nor a manager) came to our table and informed us that there had been a glitch in the system and they no longer had our order. She asked if we would like to order again, but having already waited 50 minutes we decided to leave. It's insane how our server not once came to the table to apologize for the wait, nor wondered why we hadnt received our food. Terrible experience and a waste of an hour and the drive.

Worst Chili's ever !
Service was almost nonexistent, and busboys and other servers were rude.
One tall server nearly knocked me down as I returned from the bathroom. Not busy yet, everyone was sitting around while we waited 15 minutes for a our only drink refill. Would never waste my money there again!

The service was fantastic. Granted we were there pretty early. That being said the food was very hit and very delicious.
They were quick with refills and anything else we needed.
Do yourself a giant favor and come to this Chili’s. One of the best.

Tonight we arrived at 8:35 for dinner. Waitress came to our table immediately to get our drinks. Then we ordered our food. We had watched 8 workers going in and out of the bathroom. 4 workers gathered at the kitchen door. At 9:15 we were wondering what was taking so long. My husband got up a few minutes later and went to ask the manager, who seemed to be dealing with another table that was not satisfied either. He said he would check on our order. A few minutes later he came back to tell us they were out of ribeye steaks….. which was one of our orders. Are you serious??? What a fine time to let us know after we have been waiting over 30 minutes! Then all he could say was “have a good evening “.

We had just started going back to this location due to the terrible service before. We will not be back!!!
