Horrible experience. Went There's Sunday for dinner with the family. There was eight of us. We spent $300. Took us an hour and 40 minutes to get our food, some of it was undercooked, we were packed in like sardines to the table next to us, the server acted like she didn't want to be there at all. It was a horrible experience, waste of money, and just what to expect out of Statesville

The waiter was nonexistent. But that wasn't the main problem. I purchased the combo appetizer, and one of those side items was wrong. I brought it to their attention, and asked for what I was expecting. And I had to pay for their mistake. 3 cheese sticks are also $11, to top it off. Teas were $3.50. Worst part of franchise restaurants is that there is no compensation unless you raise a stink.

I am not even leaving a star for the food as it does not deserve it. I seriously think Chef Gordon Ramsey would flip his lid tasting the extremely over done mosh noodles from my Cajun shrimp Alfredo. Very disappointed as this USE TO BE my favorite restaurant. Hello Cracker Barrel you’ve never let me down.

Statesville, North Carolina location - when I entered the to go pick up space I could see my bag and drink sitting on the counter, but there was no employee greeting myself or the two other people standing in the room waiting to be helped.

I waited maybe 1-2 min patiently while two different employees passed us (from the kitchen to the dining room) not saying anything to any of us. Eventually I said excuse me to one and they literally made eye contact with me and looked the other way, and then I had to lean over the customer counter, look into the kitchen, and wave down an employee and say that’s my food can I please take it and they turned the other direction and walked opposite AWAY from me without answering me. I know 100% she saw me. Actually, two female employees saw me one blonde and one brunette. Eventually, I just went into the employee area and grab the food myself. If there’s cameras- manager can check. Very poor way to treat your paying customers.

We got there and put our name in with the host. The host said it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait, so we put our name in and sat down. After 20 minutes, I noticed the wait time said 30 minutes to 1 hour MORE until being seated. I asked the host if that wait time was accurate and he said yes. I then asked why he told us it would only be a 10 to 15 minute wait. He said he PROMISED he said 20 to 25 minutes-- which he did not. Even IF he did, it still would have been longer. Instead of just being like "sorry," he continued to argue with me. A party of 4 came in and was immediately seated. We left.

Draven is a very great waiter, came on Valentine’s Day during a busy crowd, gave us everything we needed and made sure we were well taken care of, highly recommend this chilis

Our server Atonio was awesome. He was very attentive, catered our every need, and welcomed us the time we got there until the time we left.

Parking: First time trying their chicken sandwich very delicious, juicy, and cooked to protection.
