We usually order to-go. Most of the time, my request for medium-rare steaks have been cooked nicely, but sometimes end up being given well done (which is a bummer due to the higher cost of steak vs say, a burger). And getting to-go, you can’t do anything about it after you’re already home. Other items we’ve ordered are usually very good, *except* for rice - it tastes great, but you can’t eat it because it is *always* way undercooked (hard). That’s one area they need to fix.Overall, we like this Chilis, but it has potential to be even better.

Our waiter, and I wish I remembered his name was amazing and sweet and very attentive... This was at the Statesville location Sunday 1/28 my sister and I were at table 102! I'll go back here as long as we get him again!

Went in as a family of 4 with two Littles, were told there would be a wait. No problem. Even tho there was obviously open tables, maybe a handful of tables already sat. No biggie. (It was around 11:40 am on a Saturday.) We waited for about 20+ minutes, while we watched multiple tables get sat that had came in after us. When we asked the host about how long it would be, he responded with a well we're waiting on a server to get here shouldn't take much longer. Like what... you just sat multiple tables in front of us, yet you're waiting on a server to get here? Do better chilis.
We absolutely love Chili's. Everything is good.
