Cashier ask if you want chips and fountain drink. After paying 3 or 7 syrups are out. I formed cashiers and rudely said well we get a delievery tomorrow. No offer to make it right. Will not be back.

Ever since they opened it hasn’t been great, it’s always petty dirty trash overfilled and they never fill the bowls well, very rarely will they. Love chipotle just not this location tbh.

Can we fix the ac for the employees PLEASSEEEEE. I overheard the “gm” telling one of his employees they can’t fix the ac because it would put his bonus in jeopardy , DISGUSTING. You have employees sweating over customers food. Do better chipotle fix the ac!

The food is tasty but I never get a full bowl here. Every chipotle I have been to, my bowl is full and I can’t finish it in one sitting. I’m still very hungry after completing my bowl at this location. Customer service is horrible as well. There has been a time I ordered online and they didn’t even have their order. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. Today, I was in the Chipotlane and the guy ignored us instead of asking us the name of the order and telling us he will be right with us. I’m done with this location. I will just drive out of town if I want Chipotle.

Terrible, lazy staff. I have ordered a burrito multiple times from this location and multiple times they have sent a burrito bowl instead of a burrito. Pure laziness.

If you expect good portions from this chiptole then don't come here. Either management teaches their workers to give the least amount of portions or the workers here simply don't care for their customers.
I asked for double protein when I said if I could have a little bit more meat and he said it would be extra, so I got the double protein and he gave me less than half of what the first portion was. On top of this, I guess I was met by some shift leader or supervisor that said I would have to wait 10 minutes for them to be ready which is fine but to yell it across the restaurant in a non-polite way doesn't sit well with most people who come in with a decent attitude. I am not the type to write a review but this chipotle genuinely sucks and I hope you guys steer away from this one. This is not the first time.

Statesville Chipolte was killing it today! They had a line to the door and never missed a beat. The food was being replaced fast, they were a well ouled machine. They did a fantastic job working through the rush 👏

We were a total of 7 people (1 tween kid) who visited Chipotle yesterday.

We ordered 4 Veggie🥗 Bowls 🥣 and 3 drinks 🥤
We all loved the food. We ordered White Clinto Rice, Sauted Veggies (Bell Pappers and Onions), Corn 🌽, Cheese 🧀, Pico de Gallo, Hot Sauce, and Gaucamole. It was all delicious.

They have also have Drive through if you wish to pick up food. 😊

I had one of the worst customer service experience here at Chipotle on 6/8/25 at about 11:20am. Long story short the middle aged shift manager on duty allows and even feeds into her employees being disrespectful to the customer. Wish this wasn’t the case since this is the closest Chipotle to my house. However I will not go back. And Chipotle doesn’t care, the response to this review led nowhere except an automatic massage saying sorry for your experience.
