I go here almost every other day and the quality is still great, fantastic but the quantity in which what we are paying for is very poor. We pay around 16. for a bowl chips and a drink. The bowl use to be a very healthy bowl. Now you get barley 1 scoop of rice and beans ( how much of that 16 actually goes towards the rice and beans.) The chicken, lettuce, cheese etc. are toppers. I understand they are a minimum scoop with a pay for extra. But when you’re barely giving me the rice and beans which is the base (filler) of the bowl. Then I have to question where I’m going to get my food from next. Bc righteously we are being ripped off.

I used to go all the time until a while ago when I got a bowl the dude said he put too much chicken in and took some out my bowl and put it back (people said he was a manger not sure though). So I stopped going for a while, when I went back for the first time in a while and got what I used to get and got so little chicken I barely knew it was there.

The employees were working hard and nice…but the food was very stale, and I mean every item I had in my bowl was stale, not just one thing. If it had just been one item I wouldn’t be concerned, but if everything was stale (meat, veggies, spinach, pico) it begs the question of whether they’re throwing out old food.

I ordered something online for pickup. When I arrived, there were groups of employees chatting as if they were at home. One of them looked at me and just shook his head as if to say: what's up? In addition to the terrible customer service, the food was horrible. I ordered double chicken, but it was half the normal size chicken, hard rice and tasteless food. Please don't come here.

I have an acute dairy allergy. An entire serving of cheese was added to my burrito, which I did not include in my order. I called to tell the manager. All he said was ok and asked for my name. No apologies, no customer service.

In placing my order the initial server completed my order per my request. As the next person, Marcus took over. He became upset with how the order was made and redid the order against how I requested. I even asked for him to stop as that was specifically how I ordered it. He proceeded to aggressively push back refusing my order as it was created. No explanation was given other than I won’t do that. Queso and meat are both heated items. Whether the customer requested the meat in a separate container should not constitute an associate arguing and belittling the customer and teammate. Marcus needs training and guidance. He should not be front facing when he is incapable of following directions without displaying such unprofessional behavior. The chips were stale and we were unable to enjoy the meal as it was not made per our request. Zero stars for Marcus!

Always good. I've honestly never, not 1 time had a bad experience at a Chipotle... once inna great while you'll catch a rush.. but still it's worth the wait and always fresh too.
