The waitress took our order, then forget to put it in.. we waited 1hour and 1/2 while other people around us came in.ate and left..We asked for the manager. Who appeared with pants hanging down, and head phones on. The food finally came out cold, becaise it had been sitting , waiting on a burger to be cooked, Wow

Okay, no place really deserves 5/5 unless it goes the extra mile. Here's how Coach's did that: Seated us less than a half-hour before closing (on a quiet Sunday night), treated us like old friends, served us great food, especially the best cheesy shrimp and grits I've had (based on the bite or two I managed before being informed we had to switch meals!), then when I called two days later from Canada to ask about the Visa card I'd left behind, happily popping it the mail and saving me the hassle of replacing it. Arrived today. Next time I'm anywhere near Statesville, you'll be seeing me. Do not take that shrimp dish off the menu! p.s. Didn't hurt that my fave NHL team is represented in your collection of memorabilia.

I went here on a Thursday night with less than 8 people, including me and my cousin. The food was cold, unseasoned, and some tables were dirty and still had plates on the table. I was disappointed in my visit, and next time I'm in that area, I'll be eating at rice fun instead.

Should have just bought a bag of frozen Tyson chicken wings and freezer burnt tater tots. Everything was bad. The drinks, the food, the atmosphere. There was literally a baby sitting on the bar. Left there just to go somewhere else to eat. Waste of money.

Customer service is terrible I called my order in 20 mins before pickup and still waited my whole break waiting on my food for my mash potatoes to be ice cold. I would not recommend!! 17 bucks

Fries were raw.Not real cheese on cheese fries, was cold cheesewiz glouped onto everything. Burgers bland no seasoning on anything.

Not sure what to rate worse- the food or the service. There were 3 tables in the restaurant (<10 people total) and service was horrible. The wait staff stayed in the back laughing and cutting up. The bottom line, I will not return nor recommend this venue to any of my friends.The burger was only fair, didn’t not get what I ordered but didn’t want to send it back because of the time and who knows what I would get.

Very bad food, burgers came out raw and fries cold. My boyfriend ordered a bacon jalapeño burger and received a regular burger after they remade it to the correct temperature. There were 2 tables in the restaurant (us included) and our glasses were empty before we got a refill. They seem to lack deep cleaning skills as one of the TVs has a spitball dried to it. I saw on the way out their sanitation score is a 88, very scary.
