I should have took a picture of it.But the liver mush was paper thin. They gave me two pieces curled up like bacon. The cook was continually screaming out orders like cable number and then the waitress's name very annoying. Table number would have been good. The waitress name would have been just fine, but he would scream it out. ObviouslyHe don't know how to cook over medium eggs. They were basically fried. The hash browns, half of it was burnt. The other half of it wasn't cooked. But the water was great. The service was even better. And I think they didn't appreciate the hollering by the cook, either.

If you love a good simple and delicious breakfast, this is the spot. The atmosphere was great. The service was quick. The food was delicious. My boyfriend and I got country fried steak with over medium eggs and biscuits with gravy. The biscuits were the softest biscuits I ever had! My boyfriend did say that his country fried steak had more breading than meat but he still enjoyed it. Coffee was great, can’t go wrong with that.

Very disappointed in portion sizes for the price. I gave it a second try, and will likely not return. They need to step it up if they want to thrive. I feel we got $10 worth of food for $38

Not a clean place...they did finally get grill cleaned up...have seen a few bugs running around...there is enough dirt on ceiling fans and ceiling to cause concerns...needs major maintenance up grade...

Stopped to dine in. After we ordered our meals, a cockroach came crawling across our table. Can't give a review on the food because we ubrupttly left this roach infestation establishment.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The food is always so good, the service is great!! The prices for the amount of food you get are awesome too. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!! If you are in the area and craving some breakfast food, definitely check this place out. I wanna give a special shout-out to the second shift crew, the cook and the cashier/server are always so nice and friendly! Highly recommend!

It's the coffee house waffle shop pretty much the same as all the others same menu same type of food it's a busy store being near the interstate it's good for a quick bite and it's not in the less than great part of town like the waffle House is so it's got that going for it

Don't count on eating inside the restaurant anymore! The rather rude "security guy" said that it's take out only! A lady came out to throw away garbage and I asked her when this started, she said "a few months ago", I asked what time I could dine inside and she didn't really know, she said "maybe 6?" and shrugged her shoulders. I won't ever go to Waffle House ever again!

You want to eat "Where the locals eat" then you'll be dining here with the locals at the Coffee House Waffle Shop. When we arrived at 8:30 Sunday morning, there were three Statesville police cars, two fire trucks and three rusty pickup trucks parked out front. That's about as local as it gets.

Warmly welcomed and "seat yourself" so we took a booth on the side. A few minutes later, a waitress arrived with coffee cups got us started. Breakfast took about ten minutes and the open kitchen design allowed us to watch the flow of orders being given to the cooks and plates coming out.

French Toast for Mrs. K. was light and fluffy, the sort of challah bread that makes it ideal. A ham and cheese omelet for me was nicely sized and nicely stuffed with toast.

There's nothing wrong with the homestyle local cooking here.

Vegetarian options: There are some options but not many.

Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergens.

Parking: Very large lot as it's shared with a shopping plaza.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access.
