Got a grilled Chicken Sandwich tray with 2 sides of slaw, Extra tomatoes. I wish they would stop burning the edges of the chicken, But I don't suppose that is possible. and a cheerwine. All for a total of just $9. Put the slaw inside the sandwich for a Carolina Classic burger! My big Pitbull dog got a healthy part of it! 🤠🤠ðŸ¤

Ordered our food through the driver through completely messed up both orders not even close to what I ordered now to far away on job to return it. I mean its an easy job just follow instructions. Just letus tomato and cheese. They gave me this shit. Wow. I mean cant even scrap all this off they globbed it on. It really not that hard. $20 waisted. Not even close to what was ordered.

Building is to close to highway, servers have a hard time hearing or need a hearing test! Otherwise food is good. They could use some paper menu's for the customers! A actually took a picture of their menu outside with my cell phone!

Visiting NC and thought we would try Cookout after seeing the line were around the building for multiple days. The cost was cheap which was nice, the food was fine it’s basic fast food. The part we did not enjoy is the lack of care. If you put hot greasy food in styrofoam it’s going to melt. It would be a much better experience had our orders been lined with parchment paper or foil. The eating area needed a quick clean while the bathroom needed a deep clean. There’s definitely room for improvement with easy fixes
If you’re giving a cookout anything other than 5 stars, I rebuke your Southern card. Even when the order is wrong (very rare) they always fix it and we end up with a freebie or two. Always hot, yummy, and cheap.

They have a great cheeseburger here! You can get it any way you like. My fav is Cookout Style. My Mom loves their slice of cheesecake with strawberry topping. You get to choose the topping too. Of course they have all the milkshake flavors you could want and plenty of chickie nuggies for the kids!

Lady at counter was friendly. Food is what you expect for a $20 date night. My wife wanted a milk shake AND A MILKSHAKE SHE SHALL GET! I really do like their burgers. The difference from standard fast food joints is like day and night with the kiss of the grill shining through. The only real thing they need is better lighting. Feels a bit dark and seedy in there.
