2nd and final attempt at this location
Honestly don’t feel safe to eat my order. I wouldn’t doubt if every order was getting spit in by the degree of disrespect and unprofessional behavior the staff display to customers.
Again, all signs including drive through menu were turned off and not illuminated during early evening business hours.
Upon reading numerous negative reviews of this location, this has been an ongoing issue for 4+ years. Time for corporate to step up and address this franchisee that is failing its customers.

We’ve given this location 2 chances. Once, around 7pm on a Friday night. We went through the drive through and ordered a blizzard. The employee said “we’re out of ice cream.” We found that odd, considering ice cream is the main focus of their menu. The logo is literally ice cream. The second time was just before 8pm on a Saturday night. The drive through lights, sign, and main lights in the dining room were off. However, there were people inside at the register and appeared to be ordering. There were 4 adults and a small child running around in the dining room, with a worker at the register speaking to 2 of the adults. However, the doors were locked. After being unable to open the door, we attempted the drive through, even through the drive through lights were all off and seemed to be closed. To our surprise, the drive through was open. When we got to the window, the employee stated our total, then hung the card reader out the window by its cord, and was swinging it around while talking to the other employees inside. We had to ask her to stop swinging it long enough for our card to actually be detected. When our blizzards were ready, she returned, without saying anything, and held our blizzards out for us to take. We said “thank you,” as she closed the window without saying a single word. I will say, however, the blizzards were good. I cannot complain about the quality of the product we received. But the service and the way this place functions and stays in business is beyond me. If we hadn’t seen people in the dining room, we would have driven right by thinking they were closed.

Door hours says they close at 9. But 8:25 they lock the doors and pretend they didn’t see anyone. I keep giving this place chances but tonight they will never get any business from me.

I will NEVER come back to this establishment! The lady working the cash register was absolutely disgusting and rude. She smarted off to us simply when just asking if they are out of ice cream and said there’s two stickers that says so in a raised voice and harsh tone infront of a child! And told me I couldn’t have “my pet” inside but it was a service animal. Clearly they have no pride in customer service because of the ugly attitude towards children given from their welcoming face of the establishment! Making a two year old cry out of rudeness and making us feel uncomfortable?? Like come on. How disrespectful and disappointing to see people act in such an immature manner.

The ice cream is always pre drawn into containers and frozen hat. Why? Nothing is ever made correctly and they are always out of everything. DQ ice cream isn’t frozen solid and yellow. Every single time it’s this way and nothing is ever made right.

Ice cream had an odd texture closer to milk with ice mixed into it. Slow service

Really enjoyed date night here. Best part was it was a Saturday night and we basically had the place to ourselves. I came for the Flamethrower burger. I didnt know you could get a triple! It was so good. I also came for the fried cheese curds. Had them in Indianapolis and never thought i could get them in the south. So delicious! Basically curds are an un-aged cheese, so no sharpness or brittleness to it. Very pleasant. Had the New york cheesecake blizzard.
We both had a great experience. The cashier was super sweet and our food came out in a timely manner. The drive-thru seems to be where their business is—so if you want a quiet date night on a Saturday night, this is the place to be. No loud blaring music was amazing.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered the $7 bacon cheeseburger combo. Got to the window. Paid. The lady handed it to me and said something I could not understand but it sounded like cheeseburger and I.
I should have checked the sandwich out. It was not a bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup. It was a cheeseburger with pickles and mustard. At least no ketchup. Got home and I dropped the bag and my fries spilled all out. That’s my fault. Should have known down hill from there. Opened the burger, uggg. Drank the sprite, no syrup-just carbonation, uggg. Pulled the pickles off and ate it anyway. Dumped the “sprite” down the drain. Best thing was the chocolate sundae. First time eating here and last time.

Stopped for ice cream...Location was very difficult to reach...a lot of lights, both interior and exterior were not working. We were the only customers when we drove up to the service window. The employee made us drive around the building to order through the exterior speaker even though she was the person on the headset taking the orders and there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. When we left there were still no other customers. Employees milling about using cell phones and handling food products hithout gloves. I question the sanity of the food. Bad experiece. Do not recomend and will not go back.
