I'm gonna tell ya what, if you haven't had a donut from DAYLIGHT! YOU ARE MISSING OUT ON THE BEST DONUTS THERE IS! THE BEST THERE EVER WILL BE! NO JOKE! The folks who work at DAYLIGHT are the kindest you will find! Just amazing people! I enjoy going to DAYLIGHT DONUTS every chance I get! I went to daylight donuts today for the first time, and I did not realize they didn’t take card, but the sweet man at the cash register told me not to worry about it and that I could just pay next time and let me take the donuts. I of course returned to pay and he was very sweet.You can tell they love their customers and handle their business with a lot of love. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to friends and family.

First time visiting, saw great reviews and they didn’t not disappoint! So far I’ve only tried the Boston cream and OMG the BEST donut I’ve ever had!!!! They were so sweet and even threw some extras in for us to try! Will def be back the next time we’re in the area!

Where can I even start... these guys really saved the day today. While having the worst Sat ever on the Construction Site in Statesville I decided to grab the crew some Pizza and Doughnuts for lunch but when I arrived and found it was Cash only which I usually love but today all I had was my card. I asked for the local atm and was just gonna chalk it up to just more bad luck as thats all we had had all day anyway... they told me they still trusted and supported the Honor System to just take them and come again. Little did I know that would turn the whole day around... my spirits were lifted to see such a great family still having hope in humanity and the guys LOVED them. The day seemed to get better and we finished all task and was leaving by 3pm. You guys are awesome and I will be back to repay you for saving the day and get the guys more of those amazing doughnuts they now crave!!!!

From out of town and wanted donuts. Googled and this place came up. Got 1 dz. (6 fry cakes, two cream filled with chocolate coating, two Boston Cream, one raspberry, one lemon filled). The donuts were warm. We cut each donut to try. The cream filling was fantatsic. Mom loved lemon. Pucker perfect as she said, and the raspberry was great. Plenty of filling in each donut. Dad loved his fry cakes (ate 3 😁, when he usually eats one). Pricing was very reasonable for a dz, just over $10.50. Definitely could tell it was a family business. The two boys (maybe 14 or 15 and about 10 or 11) were hustling. Filling customers orders and cashing them out. I requested the jelly filled and they filled them right then and there. Next time Im in the area, I'll be back.
