best service best place i love the broad st location but why does it say close at 9 and the doors are locked at 830-845? i get closing activities but the place closes at 9 probably should keep the doors open until then too.

Best Dunkin I've ever been too. A weekly staple for me and my daughters. The staff is SO friendly and they make the drinks properly!

Unfortunately the last three times I came here my drink was made incorrectly. Today I ordered a drink with almond milk, asked specifically for almond milk only and the drink still had regular milk. I asked for it to be remade and the new one also had milk. I had to go to work so I couldn’t try to get yet another one remade to fix the issue but honestly I was over it and I’m over Dunkin. This location used to be the better Dunkin in Statesville (at least in my opinion) but now I’m not sure I should come back at all. I do my best to give grace but the same issue over and over again gets frustrating.

The cashier took my order perfectly, but what we received wasn’t correct. Bacon and egg on a bagel… i didn’t get the bacon. Refresher with green tea, got lemonade. The Boston cream was stale. What made it worse was that I paid for it with gift cards making it feel like my gift was kinda lousy. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. 🫤

I have stopped at this location two times now and they are very friendly! My order has been made right the first time and my bagel bites were fresh and hot. I will be going out of my way bypassing several Dunkin’s along the way!
