I don't know If it's me ordering my coffee wrong, but I've tried wording it different multiple times I need sugar free sweetner, not sugar free flavor shots, so every time I get a drink it's always very bitter and not sweet at all. I can't seem to get it. Perhaps I should say stevia. But the service is always polite!! And it's very clean !

I am writing this review due to my involvement in a situation connected to another Dunkin’ location and the conflicting information I received from management at this store.
On the morning of September 8, 2025, after being told I was “banned” from the Troutman, NC Dunkin’ location without explanation or evidence, I came to this Statesville store seeking clarity on who I could speak with to resolve the matter appropriately. I was respectful and simply asked for guidance.
The manager (male) at this location told me he would “check into it” and called me the following day. During that call, he stated that he had spoken with the Troutman store manager, Madison (Maddie), who allegedly claimed that I was “always rude” and this male manager proceeded to call me entitled though only meeting me once due to me attempting to get clarity and resolution. This characterization is completely false and shocking, as I have never been rude, disruptive, or disrespectful at any Dunkin’ location. No examples were provided, no dates, and no specific incidents, just generalized accusations.
Despite this, the manager informed me that the ban from the Troutman store would remain in place, yet I was told by him that I was still welcome to patronize with him at the Statesville location. This contradiction alone raises serious concerns. More troubling is that I was later informed by a current Dunkin’ employee that the ban was further escalated and justified by claiming I had “the same issue” at the Statesville store, which is untrue. No such incident occurred here, and there were no witnesses or documented interactions to support that claim.
At this point, it appears false information is being repeated and expanded without verification, transparency, or an opportunity for me to respond. Customers should not be subjected to vague accusations, hearsay, or inconsistent enforcement of policies across locations.
I am posting this review because attempts to resolve this matter privately and professionally have not resulted in accountability or clarity. I hope Dunkin’ leadership takes a closer look at how customer complaints, bans, and internal communication are handled to prevent situations like this from escalating unfairly.

Yuckkkkk, how can a drink taste so different from 2 different locations. I got the cookie butter latte from the Airport location and it was 10/10. Got it here in statesville and I threw it out. Not thw drinks fault, it's the location. The girl made it so quick I couldn't believe it. Maybe thats why it didnt taste good. Anywhere, live n learn. Plus it took her 3-5min just to speak to me when I walked in!!

Ordered a large cold brew coffee and had no coffee on it. Got just cream, sugar and ice in a cup. Tried calling the store and no one answers the phone to talk to them.
best service best place i love the broad st location but why does it say close at 9 and the doors are locked at 830-845? i get closing activities but the place closes at 9 probably should keep the doors open until then too.
