Someone needs to better train the employees at this location to determine between a bagel and a toasted Crossiant. I’ve ordered weekly from this place and this is the 2nd time this has happened. If I wanted a bagel, then I’d order a bagel! Please train your employees about customer service and getting the order right.

People are great, what food they do have is usually good. The only issue I've had here is that they are always out of something.

Went inside and placed my order on the kiosk. Completed the order of 1 caramel latte and 10 munchkins at 2:23 pm. Left with a not even full coffee and munchkins at 2:58!! 2 people working on a hot Saturday afternoon. Whoever does that schedule needs to learn what they are doing!

When we wanted more strawberry dragonfruit in our drink, one of the workers gave a cup of the strawberry dragonfruit so we could add it to our liking. all the employees we talked to were sweet and baddies

Love Dunkin Donuts

Dunkin Donuts is a great breakfast place. Fresh Brew Coffee and fresh Donuts. There about 20 different types of donuts and pastries to choose from. Everything is delicious. There is also a drive through for people going to work or traveling.

We seem to have entered a world where in store customers take a wide step behind the drive through. My service today was exceptionally horrible, as was the other person's waiting with me. Lackadaisical, careless, unconcerned about service are adjectives I would use. I had to give my order 3 separate times before the got it right, and that was all with an extremely negative attitude. I ALWAYS tip. Not today.

Ya know, I’m from Statesville, and this Dunkin’ had me thinking all Dunkin’ locations were a joke—until I visited the one in Mocksville. That store showed me that Dunkin’ can actually get it right, which is why I decided to give this one another shot.

Big mistake.

This is still the store that’s always out of everything. The store that offers mobile ordering but somehow still doesn’t have your drink ready 20 minutes later. The store where you’ll sit in the drive-thru for another 15 minutes, only to end up with two mediocre lattes. That’s 35 minutes for a coffee made by a machine. How does that even happen?

Having worked in both fast food coffee chains and artisan shops, I can confidently say this: they can remodel this store as many times as they want, but if the staff doesn’t step up or get properly trained, it won’t make a difference.

Was looking forward to comparing to canadas beloved tim Hortons and it wouldn't even fit in the same category. Timmies donuts and coffee smash dunkin donuts all day long.
Was really disappointed

We went in to order food, we were the only people inside and the order was still delivered to us incorrectly. We ordered online via mobile app the very next day, and the order was still missing parts and incorrect as well.

Never any consistency they made my coffee 3 times today and still it was not right. Went back today January 24th ordered 2 butterpecan cold brews with cold foam got whip cream instead and ordered 25 count chocolate munchkins and 25 assorted I just don’t understand why they can’t get the order correct it’s really not that hard!

So... I’m not sure what was so funny, but my sister in law came in and her cup was completely busted, drink spilling all over her, and instead of just giving her a new cup and moving on, the two girls are laughing about it. Talking to each other over the headset in whispers. They don’t know we’re together, as she walked in and walked out, and I’m still standing here waiting on my order... why laugh and make fun of someone for having coffee all over them, because you provided a broken cup? Accidents happen, it was totally fine, she wasn’t upset at all, until you laugh in someone’s face and make them feel self conscious for... what? Just be professional. It’s really not that hard. I guess this is expected. As this location is notorious for hiring young kids who are there one day, gone the next.
