Wow what a waste of time, the only thing Fresh Chef is able to be consistent with is the ability to serve a chicken sandwich without a bun when you order a chicken sandwich. This happens regardless of calling the restaurant the last 3-4 times. The manager every single call says it’s not our issue it’s door dash we are not responsible.

It was okay. I had been going to the cornelius location for years and it was always consistent. This location is just okay. The spinach dip and salads were good. Me and my dad ordered salmon medium well. Both were medium rare. I ordered mine blackened and it had no seasoning. Thank god for the sauce that came with it. My kids ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was very greasy. We did not complain and tipped good but cooks could use some work. A lady next to us got her meal comped because they could not get it right. This has to tell you something...

Very nice place! Our food was great .. we went on a Wednesday and both ordered the burger special. Food came out quick! Only con was the sweet tea is very expensive and their was no offer for one to go.

Kids pasta gross they did discount so that was nice. Spinach artichoke was ok fresh out the microwave as cheese on top wasn't melted.
Gumbo I didn't enjoy sausage was chewy and tough honestly never expired that before. And unless you like a heavy tomato based gumbo then I'd avoid. Shrimp was cooked well though

Simply amazing. It is rare that a party of 5 ordered 5 different entrees and all 5 we excellent. The appetizer Queso Pimento Cheese was great with just the right amount of zip. Main plates were presented well. I cant say enpugh about the taste. After all entrees & appetizer were consumed, we found enough room for dessert of a loaded brownie and a delectable blueberry cobbler. I could seriously have licked the plate the blueberries we sooo good. The atmosphere, ✔️ Cleanliness, ✔️ Staff friendly and attentive ✔️ Price point, ✔️ The food was excellent ✔️ I highly recommend the Fresh hef Kitchen Statesville NC. A+ MY one and only suggestion would be, find some soup spoons.
It was the best burger ever!! Went to the one in Hickory once but this one was way better in service, atmosphere, and overall.

Passing through, I was looking for a place that I could get a healthy meal. I found the Fresh Chef Kitchen on Google and I'm so glad I stopped.
Everything about this place is great! The smiling helpful and attentive staff, the food, and the portion sizes for the price.
The kale salad with blackened salmon was huge and delicious. The tortilla chips with spinach and artichoke dip appetizer was a great start. And the homemade Kim lime pie was perfection!
The attention to detail in atmosphere, food and attentiveness was outstanding!
Will definitely visit again if I get back through here. ♥️

Friends and I have been going here for 4-5 times a week. Service and food is steadily getting worse. Servers stand around giggling in a group along with the manager while our salmon that we ordered medium well comes out raw everytime. No refills on beverages. Have to wave our arms and call for our check because no one has come by our table since dropping off food. This has been going on for months even with talking to manager who could care less and don’t get me started on a to go order. We are DONE!!!

We have a restaurant in Mooresville but I like the one in Statesville it’s lovely and the people are extremely friendly and it’s smaller and more intimate. I like all the windows and the food is fabulous and fresh.
