This is a local eats spot! While the building is a bit old the decor indoors tends to lean on that trend with wood panels and retro style wall art . The food may not be the "best you ever had" but very good for the price! All the staff are friendly but can get a bit overwhelmed when it's busy . The operating hours were shortened also which confuses many who wish to visit this restaurant more. Overall this is where the locals go so if it gets swarmed by others seating might not be found... ?

I did not have a good experience. I sat with my food for 15/20 minutes without utensils. The server never returned to my table. I was unable to eat my meal. When I went to the counter to pay and let the server know what happened, she was rude and argumentative. She never once apologized. Only upside is I didn’t have to pay for the meal that I was unable to eat.

Waiting for the waitress to return to take our order who didn’t return wasn’t the worse part. When you have a senior struggling on a walker to be seated and one of the staff tells them they are closing down the section to clean it she can get them a table. Then she tries to save grace by saying she can bring him a chair at the end of the booth. What kind of mess is that? We will all be seniors one day so PLEASE show some respect! Walked out and won’t return. Kinda sad since we drove from Charlotte just to eat there. Won’t waste that time again! Teach your staff some respect. It doesn’t matter the time of day. This was 12:00 and closing time was 2:00.SERIOUSLY??? Learn respect. Lost two customers and as many as I can tell!

A co-worker told me about this place and I am so happy he did. I was looking for some southern style food with veggies. The food was fantastic. I don't really care for turkey but I tried the turkey and dressing which was one of the specials today Thursday. The turkey was delicious and very moist. The sides were just as great. The squash was so of the best I have had and very large. Broccoli casserole was on point. I can't wait to come try all the other food. The daily specials are very well priced. Thanks for a fantastic first impression.

I really like this place, food is good, service is fine, my only beef is that sometimes when we went for breakfast (more than once) my omelette was not hot, barely warm--but overall real good place. I like their fish plate, also they sell real honey (cash only) and some other things, jam etc.

Cute little place tucked in a little strip mall shopping center. It’s been here a while and is full of regulars. Nicely worn and very clean. More diner fare than a true bbq place, but no worries. They serve breakfast “all day.”We tried the cheeseburger and the chicken pita sandwich. We had french fries, potato wedges, and onion rings. Absolutely no complaint with any of it. They make your hamburgers and cheeseburgers to order, you tell them what you want on the burger. The chicken pita was light, good sauce, and nicely cooked grilled chicken. The french fries, potato wedges, and onion rings were absolutely divine, and definitely more than we could eat.
