Middle of the day and the store is closed. Never had a good experience here hope management gets replaced with someone who can keep the doors open and employees that can do the same.
Go to Hardee’s for the consistency across the US and never had an issue except this particular location.

No acknowledgment when waiting at counter for over ten minutes. Service was super slow. Staff was not moving with any sense of urgency. Customer service poor. Could be lack of employees. Management should look into hiring more people.

Customer service was very slow and I was the only one waiting in line. It took them 10 minutes to take my order. They were too busy waiting on the drive-thru. After I waited about 15 minutes, they hit my order wrong. Very very disappointed. Will not come back until they get it together. I arrived home with my food and my order was still incorrect. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but got no bacon, which I paid for.

We had a great drive thru experience with Yominique. She was friendly and efficient. We made changes to our order at the window and she was so nice about it. This Hardee’s is great!

Not sure why we decided to have lunch here. Will not be returning. Young man was probably fired who was standing out outside the drive thru where we were instructed to pull up and wait for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 tender wraps. The burgers were at most yesterday's dry burgers and the tender wrap was like a taco. Can't can it a wrap webb when it don't close. The amount of onions on the burger are the only thing fresh and in regretting the 2 bites I took. Wasted 15$ and I'm still having to get lunch. Never again.
