Was there around 3 o'clock took them 15 minutes to take my order it looked like the manager was playing around with one of the workers there was just 3 people there long story short they slap my burger together and made it up side down left stuff off my buddy's burgers he ordered when call to talk to the manager she decided not her problem and hung up on me place is a joke

The kitchen has music blaring on Sunday afternoon the lady who was taking my other could barely hear me talk it was very un professional the employee are here to work not to listen to music and have a party it is not church

Guess they must of woke up on the wrong side of the bed this this morning. I did a mobile drive thru pick up this morning and I guess the system delayed for some reason. I get there they snapping you don't do a mobile order and come right away I was just so puzzled! Didn't really understood what was all the anger for as I told them I've been ordered it a few minutes ago. I wasn't even running late for work had good timing so I wasn't tripping. I was relaxed. I just was confused about the anger issues. So I said what's the difference from ordering mobile going through the drive-thru right away and ordering at the drive-thru. What's the difference? You still have to prepare the food regardless. Bad vibes will not return.

All signage posted says they open at 6am but consistently has issues with staff and prep being on time. Could not even order with no estimated time of opening.

-10⭐️s is too high considering abject stupidity of the breakfast shift manager on 12-23-24. Restaurant is located right off interstate. It's on me that I didn't check my order before leaving; fine. But once I left the parking lot/drive-thru and literally entered the on-ramp to the interstate, I ate a tatter-tot and it was cold. I ate a 2nd one and it was cold. I took the next exit, 1/4 mile away, and drove back to Hardee's. I offered the cold tatter-tots back and politely said I was willing to wait for fresh tots. A "manager", in all her fast-food managery wisdom told me I couldn't get hot tots because it had been 10 minutes since I came through, although it took 4 minutes just to get back to the window. So instead of her giving me $1 worth (their cost) of fresh tots, I gave her all of my order back and told her to give me my $10 back. What A genius decision that was. She's definitely in the run for manager of the year 🙄

Well, TBH the price doesn't reflect the experience. I spent 28 bucks on a meal from me and a meal for my guest. The service was slow (granted the cashier "bless his heart" was on his second day) , it took a solid 20 min for us to get out food which came in a bag while we were dining in, the 9 dollar burger tasted like cream of mushroom soup on a paddy, biscuits were drier than a popcorn fart and 3 of the fountain sodas were straight club soda. Now, I am a realist, it's fast food but for 30 bucks I don't care it better be to the best of the ability of the restaurant because I know if the quality I produce at my job was anything compared to this well I probably wouldn't have a job too long

The employees have terrible attitudes. I was in the middle of placing my order in the drive thru when she interrupted me & said “pull around”. I thought maybe she couldn’t hear me. So I pulled around and said i wasn’t done with my order. She just stared at me then said “what do you want then?”. Then I had to wait 15 minutes. I don’t mind a wait, but the disrespect was enough to make me find this survey to speak up.

I would give zero stars but they don't allow that. When are you going to have Chicken tenders???? I came there just to get chicken tenders, the time is 6:46pm. And the guy who took my order inside said they don't have any chicken tenders, yet one of the employees was sitting there eatting chicken tenders. This is probably the 8th time yall have said that you dont have any chicken tenders yet its the middle of the dinner rush. Someone please explain this to me!! Or fix the problem I get that it takes more time to cook them but that should be no excuse! Very disappointed!!!!!

We waited over an hour in the drive through. The staff were screaming at each other when we finally got to the window. They attempted to have me pull forward and I refused stating I had been in line for an hour. This is one of the most horrible situations I’ve experienced at a restaurant. My husband is a diabetic and was having low blood sugar due to having to go. The people behind us got their food before we did. We may have to seek medical help.

The employees are awful. They are playing on their phones and flipping each other off instead of making food. Been waiting 25 minutes for 2 hotdogs. I have been here previously with same service but just left without my food.
