They had a customer mad that they were washing dishes to serve us good quality food. Man got there when we got there. Complained about his coupon. Ooooh the drama. She was very friendly. Never raises her voice. Love her. Her name is Ashanti she wrote it on the back of my receipt. This Hardee’s has great service. Will be returning. Plus she made my food fresh

Stopped in on my drive down from NY to SC and was so impressed I had to leave a review. The service was friendly and prompt from the “hi how are you” when I walked in and the Patrice while I decided on my order. The food was all hot and tasted fresh, handed to me quickly with a smile & “thank you”. Napkins & ketchup already in the bag.
Really awesome job by everyone working here, I’m thrilled to see this type of service still exists in the fast food...
