Waited 20 minutes after coming in for someone to come to register, no one acknowledged me before that. Pizza was burnt, no sauce cups provided in the boxes like paid for.

While the pizza is always fine, the last 3xs we’ve ordered ahead we end up waiting for an extended period of time. Last time my husband waited close to an hour. Today I ordered at 5:10 and it’s now 6 pm and he’s still waiting with no update as to when it will be ready.

The two African American ladies are always so kind and the pizza are always delicious and fresh out the oven my sons loves to get his pizza on Wednesday for the deal. Thank you hungry howies

The reason I’m writing this review is to alert all customers about the importance of ensuring your order matches your preferences. We hosted a party last Saturday and ordered 20 combos—10 pepperoni and 10 cheese pizzas. However, what we received were 19 pepperoni pizzas. This was a complete disaster for us as hosts because almost half of the guests were not okay with only pepperoni!

The staff was very friendly and kind, and I did enjoy my time there. However, while I was waiting for the last pizza to be ready (the cheese one), I didn’t pay attention to the rest of the order and didn’t check every box. So, now you know! Always check every box before you leave, especially with a big order like mine, which can really mess up your day!

I Placed an order online at 8:15pm on 07/22 and called at 9:30pm to see what the status of the delivery would be since I had waited an hour and fifteen minutes with no update. A girl answered the phone and told me that there were no drivers and she would have to refund. I asked her why I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes, and call the store before I found out they didn’t have any drivers. She then spoke with the manager on the phone and told him I cursed her out for a refund. She proceeded to give me the refund, but then when I asked her why she told her manager I cursed her out, she hung up the phone on me. I absolutely did not curse at this young lady and I don’t appreciate her telling people I did. I did go up to the store and approach her to ask her why she is telling people I cursed her out and she told me I basically did. She knows that I did not because she laughed about it as she walked away. I have ordered from this location for 7 years and have never had this experience from here. When the manager was called, he immediately told me I needed to leave instead of hearing what actually happened. What kind of customer service is this?! I am completely disappointed and in disbelief that this even happened and then wanted to blame the customer for the issues. Absolutely will NEVER return here.

Pleasantly surprised! The pizza was absolutely delicious. The only complaints I have is that the toppings were hot and the crust seemed cold. Oh, the pizza wasn’t cut very well. Despite that, I’ll definitely be back.
