This location is a great place. I was curious about the dough less bowl, couldn’t find photos to help me decide. So here is some for you. Hope it helps. I ordered sauce less, steak, mushroom, jalapeño, light cheese. There is no lid to keep leftovers. The salad looks great!! Plus 2 dressings is great! I added almost all the veggies, feta & Asiago cheese, no motz.Dietary restrictions: Salad w plenty of veggies & it doesn’t up the price!

First, we have been fans of Hungry Howies for years. Much to my astonishment, the large Cajun thin crust, half pepperoni and half sausage was swimming in a layer of oil. I would presume some of this came from the meats. However, cheap cheese has the same effect on pizza as well. All things considered, I could only tolerate 1 1/2 slices. My wife ate one slice. We tossed the rest into the trash receptacle. This stop at Hungry Howies was on a trip between cities, so, we have no real history at this location. In the past, in Raleigh NC and Burlington NC we’ve had good pizza. Of course, as usual any failures of this type are always due to poor management, unsupervised youthful workers and inferior products.

Best pizza in statesville in my opinion. Only complaint I have is when doing the mobile Order we have it set for contactless delivery but every time they deliver they knock or ring the door bell until someone answers

We ordered a plain crust pepperoni pizza with light sauce. It was made perfectly. But, it didn’t have a lot of flavor. It wasn’t as greasy as Pizza Hut. We would not make a trip out there to get pizza. But, if you’re in town, it would be alright.
