Food was excellent. One of the best omelets I’ve ever had. Service was amazing! I will be back!

Very Bad. The waiters were nice but the food was horrible. It was cold and the eggs were RAW. Literally like not cooked at all. Don't recommend. If your in that area looking for food don't waist your time just to go Cracker Barrel lol

There were 3 of us. Two other tables with people. We waited 45 minutes for our food. One of us ordered a side of pancakes. We never got them until we were ready to leave. We were told they had to make more batter. We had to ask for them when they brought us the bill. We got a breakfast sandwich and a burger neither were made with the topings the menu said it came with. The food was good but seemed like the cook has no idea what they were doing.

The waitress was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is understaffed and thus the reason of the waiting for a table.

Went in and the lady at the desk was rude. She rolled her eyes and told us there was a back up in the kitchen. How could there be a back up in the kitchen when there was nobody in the restaurant? Sounds like lazy employees if I could’ve given them, zero stars, I would have they need employees that will actually work. They need to fire everyone of them and get new employees that will work because I know for a fact I’ve worked in customer service before and I have never seen an empty restaurant. Have a back up in the kitchen and they can’t serve customers .

They weren’t that busy. Sat down. 1 hour later still no food. Were told they were only down to one chef. Could have mentioned they were behind when we got there or even half way through the wait. 1 star cause the coffee was decent.

My family of four went here for dinner at around 4pm on a Wednesday. When we walked in there were only two tables already seated. It took the waitress 10 minutes to seat us, another 10 to get our drinks, another 5 to come back & take our order. Then it was 30 minutes before we received our food.My husband's food came with onions on it, which was not in the description or picture. Our drinks sat empty for over 10 minutes and we had to ask for a refill twice. Only two other tables were their when we left. It should not have taken us over an hour to get in & out of an ihop.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Probably the worst place I’ve ever worked. I came from the mooresville location to here as a server recently. Rebecca the general manager is almost like a slave master she is very hard on the staff. She can’t keep the stored supplied with items needed to run the store, always out of things. Cooks are not trained properly causing tickets to go out very slow and not made correctly. Cooks have complained about not being paid for weeks. Servers are struggling to get decent food to customers because the food is cold and made incorrectly. This place is severely understaffed causing the workers to work 10 times harder and to perform task that are not in the job description to make up for lost of workers. I have also experienced racism as a worker there from her and another lady. Only seating my section with non white people. There is only one Latino worker here and he’s a dishwasher and he is bullied every single day. He works 7 days and week and he is asked by everyone in there to do any and everything they want. All you here all day is for him to do this and for him to do that for someone when he is only supposed to wash dishes. Rebecca is the reason multiple workers have quit in the past and for 3 including me quitting this week. She does not care about her employees and over works them and treats them like trash. She also does not consider availability of workers and forced them to work past there shift and availability. The reason behind long wait times and food being cold is because she does not know how to run a store. There shouldn’t be 6 cooks taking over an hour to just get two tickets out. This store needs a new manager who actually knows what they are doing.

Ashley was awesome. She was the only waitress here serving the entire restaurant but I loved her service and personality. 5 stars goes to her

My family went to IHOP on February 24th 2024 and went to have breakfast. They told us 10 minutes to wait. Ok. Well we waited and waited. While we waited there was at least 4 waitresses just walking around and doing much of nothing. From where I was standing there was at least 6 tables and no one was being seated. Very unorganized and the first time we went when they first opened it was sad so we give them another try and it worse. Will not be back at all ! Service sucks!!
