Jersey Mike's Subs

Food was great. The workers were working on too many orders at one time. So they weren't really focused on the customer in front of them. Which was not good. They almost gave my food to someone else. But I caught it before they did. Waited longer on my husband's sandwich. They just seemed a little disorganized. They were all friendly though.

I had ordered my sandwiches through the app. And it informed me it would be ready by 12:10 PM. So I arrived at 12 0 8 pm . behind the counter I could see that my order was filled and ready, but for some reason. The big lady at the Register. just kept ignoring me even though I was standing close by with my phone in hand waiting to get her attention. she basically ignored me for the past 15 minutes. she assisted several other customers that came in before me. it is a shame. she needs to go back to customer training and needs to pay better attention to customers that are staring at her waiting for their orders.

I paid almost $11 for a sandwich I can't eat. It was just thrown together and you can tell I watch the girl make it and I wanted to go behind there and make it myself. I was on my break won't make that mistake again. I usually love Jersey Mike's

Love jersey mikes, been to several locations and this one is consistently by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Veggies are always soggy, meat usually tastes dry and old. Got a wrap today and they couldn’t even bother to cut it in half and it was dripping with water from the super wet and soggy lettuce. Jersey mikes is great, this one obviously needs new management and staff so it can be at its fullest potential

Terrible service but I’ll give the 1 star for having it ready when I got there after 35 mins
I ordered on the app I guess they didn’t care to read what my sub was supposed to be and the extra toppings I had to pay 3$ each for that wasn’t even on my sub! I was missing so much stuff that I basically paid 32$ for two bread sandwiches. I’m supper pissed because I drove almost 30 minutes to get it and I tried to call and see if they could fix it and the done took the damn phone off the hook ! Ik I should have went to subway!’

Lunch today was exceptional.
Location is very clean and staff was fantastic. Service was quick and quality was outstanding. Definitely recommend.

Dietary restrictions: Many option from vegetarian, keto, gluten free, dairy free, ect. I believe anyone could find something to satisfy that hungry brll6.

Parking: Easy parking in front of door, as well as huge additional lot beside store.

The subs are tasty but I think this place does not meet sufficient hygiene requirements, the employees do not use hair protection and they handle the food with the same gloves that touch everything, they also take a long time so I don't know if I would return

We watched repeatedly on 8-22 around noon, as staff members went between slicing, topping and ringing out customers and handling money WITH THE SAME GLOVES. We saw it repeatedly. Super gross, especially with all the food born illness going around. I know Jersey mikes has better standards than this. I think the woman on the grill line was the only one to change her gloves between handling money.

The most amazing people work here. I've only been here twice, but each time, I'm treated with such genuine kindness and respect. You can feel a positive environment from the workers when you walk in. I need to go here more often. 10 stars.
