I ordered two Mac and cheese bowels which one was spicy and one medium fries with honey mustard. First of all, when I got the food, they forgot the French fries so I had to ask and wait longer for them. Then I got my food and sat down and tried a French fry and it tasted super old as if it was a month old. (No joke) then I opened the two bowels and one was mashed potatoes and not Mac and cheese like I asked for. Also there was a pool of grease in the Mac and cheese, making it appear unappetizing. Very disappointing because it was 17 dollars. I do not recommend coming to this location.

Placed an order 12/2/25 the Tuesday special bucket of chicken regular and 3 chicken pot pies pulled up to the window to pay for my order and was asked to park as there would be a 12 min wait on the pies however I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting on my food! Finally had to go walk in and ask where my food was?? Bc the wait was more than expected and kfc wasn't that busy this is ridiculous went on to get my food and was told my order got skipped

Terrible I only came here cause my grandparents wanted food from here. I never eat at KFC especially not this location. First of all the floor was wet all over the drink dispenser area, the man in front of me literally slid to the dispenser. I had to pull forward for an order that I had placed in advance which I don’t too much mind, but as I’m sitting there, the lady next to me gets out of her car three times because her order is wrong.. Missing my drink and no sauces. I got extra crispy when I didn’t ask for it the tenders combo was bagged in multiple bags when my food could’ve just been in the one box the tenders came in, but I guess 12 bags inside of one plastic one is better than nothin. When I went back inside to ask if the order was right (cause it seemed different than what I ordered) the man with locs is like “ I mean I don’t know I don’t know” and then he takes his (thankfully gloved) hand grabs a piece of the chicken and then tosses it back in the bucket. “Yeah it’s dark” I don’t know who trains these folks or maybe it’s just their own mentality maybe I came on a bad night. I can’t even say it’s generational “the new gen” because I’m Gen Z and I don’t act like this and I work at a high volume restaurant in the heart of Charlotte. The whole atmosphere the interaction the vibe everything about this store is ridiculous, and I am truly shocked that it’s still open for all these years. I’ll drive out of my way to go to the other store or even Mocksville to avoid this place

The manager here, has his staff on point. This is one of the few KFC 🍗 that is worthy of going back to. Clean, friendly, food cooked perfect. Not dried up or to greasy. Keep up the great work! We talked for a few minutes. Stated he had a few more things to get completed there. Fantastic job so far!
