Terrible food. Didn't have original wing for my 2 piece meal and the breast was so dry, I had to take it back up to the counter. The replacement was tiny because it was so dry. Couldn't eat it.
Don't bother with this mess of a place.

Went through drive threw and ordered a bucket of original chicken and they gave me a mix of original and crispy and it didn't have all the right pieces of chicken in it either. Employees playing around too much.

This place is a joke....We've been there twice the first time they told me I couldn't buy a bucket of chicken because all they had left was one bucket and they couldn't sale all that to one person. Second time I spent $50 bucks and they left out half of my order. The manager did fix it but by the time I drove the 15 mins back there my chicken was soggy and sides were cold.

Ordered on line but when I got there it wasn’t ready. They said 20 minutes but then no food. I went inside to ask about it and was ignored. When they finally talked to me they said that they gave my order to someone else. When I was explaining my frustration to the manager an employee that was cleaning the bathroom yelled at me and threatened me. She said she would have my order in 6 minutes but 15 minutes later I was still waiting.

I usually have good experience from this place but honestly idk, I ordered a 8 piece family meal. That comes with 8piece chicken, two large sides AND 4 biscuits. The guy at the drive thru came out with just the chicken and said have a nice day. I get his attention back and gesture to him that I only received the chicken. He comes back only with the two large sides. I think what he is doing is theft to be honest. If you’re getting a 8 piece family meal, you expect to get all your stuff. A damn shame. Same person EVERYTIME. Always so forgetful

Terrible experience. The girl working the drive through seemed to have no idea what she was doing- or she was simply careless. Once we got to the window, she did not say one word to us. After paying and receiving our things, we pulled away. She then yelled due to one part of our order not being in the bag- which we would’ve known had she spoken to us. I went in to retrieve the item and she, along with who I assume to be the manager, were argumentative rather than simply handing me the item. Once down the road a couple miles, we realized our drinks were diet. I would rather drive 20 miles in the opposite direction than to visit this establishment again.

I had a mobile order. I got the food home and my meal only had 3 maybe 4 fries in the box. I am very disappointed. I've never had any issues before. I was looking forward to my fries. I guess I will have to go somewhere else. ?

Just an absolute disgrace!! Couldn't get the order right (again)! Went back to have the order corrected and they screwed it up again, right in front of me. Manager said he would fix an,yup, he screwed it up again. Absolute amazing. At least he offered a refund. With a receipt in hand, he got the refund amount wrong!!! U
You can't make it up. Never again!!!

This store on Salisbury Rd cancelled my order after an hour long wait. The text directed me to call the store for more information and when I did I was directed to contact DoorDash. This is totally unsatisfactory and un professional. I’m absolutely fuming right now but I can’t do a damn thing about it.
