The past 3 app orders same thing waited until app tells me the order is ready leave and get to the store no food not ready. This time it was an hour from the time I got the email until I actually got my food. Not only did I have to wait but they get my order wrong or leave something out. This time I ordered a 5 piece supposed to be 3 breast 2 wings got 1 of each only 4 pieces.

Every time you come to this store, it is a 15-20 minute wait on food. I wish I could give this a zero but, no option. This place is getting as bad as Bojangles and Little Caesar’s with their customers service. You sit there and wonder what is taking so long and they don’t tell you that they just put the food in the oven and it’s gonna be another 10 minute or so wait. Absolutely no communication!! If you want quick chicken go to Zaxbys. I don’t normally wait there a long time.
Visits-1.Waited 20 minutes on livers, didn’t mind, only for them to leave them out. 2. Made sure we had livers. Half order not the whole we ordered. Got home, no M&G,got old mac and cheese we didn’t order. No thighs, gave us a leg instead. 3.Not happening.👋
