Waited in line on Sunday April 21st more than half an hour. They were just taking drive thru orders and filling their orders. Meanwhile a line was out the door, people standing in the rain just to get into the restaurant. Never again will go to that KFC. Bojangles will be happy to serve our family for now on.

It took 5-10 minutes before we were ever asked if they could help me. I ordered two number ones. One with breast and wing (original)with mac’n’cheese. The other, I paid extra to get two breast (original) with mac’n’cheese. And 4 apple poppers.When we got home. We had two number ones with thigh and leg. When we returned and went inside there was no one working the front counter but five people laughing in the back.When we returned to KFC, the girl said we were lying that KFC doesn’t have a two breast meal. I told them I paid extra for a breast instead of wing. Very grudgingly they took the two boxes and said they corrected it.Now when we get home, the order is still not right. They put Mac-n-cheese in and nothing in one box but chicken.Instead of returning I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. A woman told me she was busy. I told her I would hold for her. Then the woman says, she’s busy and I will take a message. I do believe I was talking to the manager. I told her that her employees need to pay attention so they can get orders correct the first time. She never responded but hung up on me!It will be a long time before I return to your store.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!BTW: please explain to your employees because I paid $21.42 for two meals, that’s what I expected. And we were not trying to get something free that we were being accused of!

I was pleasantly surprised when I swung thru here for takeout one day. I bought the $20 Fill Up box and saw a sign for limited time chicken livers so ordered some to try.The drive thru is a tight curve, compared to some, but is clean and well maintained. The young lady working the drive thru was quite pleasant.The Original Recipe chicken from here is The Best. (We've had the crispy and it falls flat compared to the OR.) The nuggets are very juicy. The fries are good and they have different sauces now to dunk everything in.I was very disappointed in the chicken livers. They were overcooked and not seasoned. (I was hoping for at least an OR spice take on them.) Perhaps whomever cooked them was a novice?Anyway, you cannot beat the $20 Fill Up deal for value (in our experience, it feeds between 4-6 people). Super fast & affordable meal, even through a drive-thru.

We eat more KFC from this restaurant than I've been used to because one of my family loves the place (especially their Mac & cheese).
