My husband got us this for dinner last night I got a box of the crazy puffs I wanted a cheese but they said they only had pepperoni acid reflex is kicking my butt right now on top of that the pizza was extremely burnt and their pieces in the box that had to pull off of them and I couldn't even get them all off to eat them and then to top that all off I got to order a garlic parmesan wings expecting you know decent wings this was just butter melted garlic butter with a little bit of Parmesan cheese and it is swimming in it not happy very not happy you're lucky you got one star

Had a few rude employees working today. Loyalty stood there and ignored me, because I was unaware there was up to a 20 minute wait. Didn't ask about my order until 12 minutes after it had been paid for. Never had this issue here before, as I am a weekly customer the last couple of years.

Best ceasars pizza in statesville. Friendly and efficient. Fast.
Horrible experience. Pizza was made wrong and when I called the store I was left on hold for 30 minutes. When I returned to the store I was still on hold. Then an employee apparently thought it was hysterical and started laughing. Then took at least 10 more minutes to get a refund. Management is lacking big time!

The manager is in way over her head, it was a minimum of nine cars there and no pizzas were ready and she said it's because Pizza have to be made to order which made no sense.... I was already waiting for 30 minutes at that point...

Placed an order online. Picked it up and it was not what we ordered. They took the pizza and walked off. I stood there for over 15 minutes before someone came back to the front. I ask for a refund only to be ignored. A few minutes late I hear some ask if I left and before looking in the lobby threw my pizza in the trash. I ask for a refund once again they just ignored me. I paid for a pizza and did not get one nor did I get my refund. After 45 minutes I decided to leave before I caused scene

Ordered two boxes of pepperoni crazy puffs on line at 3:15. Got to the place and showed the portal number so I assumed it was ready. Waited over an hour and when I asked for a refund the manager said she didn’t have time and that she was busy. So no refund and no pizza an hour later. One of the workers finally came and said they were coming out of the oven. Time now 4:30.
