This place needs new management. Every single time I go I'm waiting a minimum of 40 minutes for one or two pizzas. I just waited a hour for two cheese pizzas, Finally got it and it's pepperoni... The manager is in way over her head, it was a minimum of nine cars there and no pizzas were ready and she said it's because Pizza have to be made to order which made no sense.... I was already waiting for 30 minutes at that point...

Placed an order online. Picked it up and it was not what we ordered. They took the pizza and walked off. I stood there for over 15 minutes before someone came back to the front. I ask for a refund only to be ignored. A few minutes late I hear some ask if I left and before looking in the lobby threw my pizza in the trash. I ask for a refund once again they just ignored me. I paid for a pizza and did not get one nor did I get my refund. After 45 minutes I decided to leave before I caused scene

Ordered two boxes of pepperoni crazy puffs on line at 3:15. Got to the place and showed the portal number so I assumed it was ready. Waited over an hour and when I asked for a refund the manager said she didn’t have time and that she was busy. So no refund and no pizza an hour later. One of the workers finally came and said they were coming out of the oven. Time now 4:30.

Mind you we ordered 1 cheese pizza, the simplest thing to make on the menu.. Anyways, the workers also were never at the register while there’s still at least 10 other people in the store.

30 min to hour long wait times, I had to wait for almost 30 mins before getting some sauce that was suppose to have come with my order but they made me pay for it anyways while the manager and the other 2 employees (they really have more than 3 people working during the times I went) was just handing them out to certain people, some were workers that was there for their day off.
One guy asked for an application (he wasn't rude or anything) and the girl working cussed him out over it, it's like they are trying to turn it into a ghetto for some weird reason, with all the hostility from most of the employees.
Tldr; loud hostile atmosphere and you don't even get your order correctly half the time and get charged for them to fix it, this includes items that you already paid for. If it happens I again I am certainly making a call to corporate for the scam
If I could leave zero stars I would. I walked in the store at 2:15 today and no one was at the register. There was a bunch of loud chatter in the back so I walked over to the left side so I they could see me. One girl looked up and saw me but kept talking. Then the phone rang. The other girl answered the phone, came to the front, put the phone order in the system, looked dead at me and went back to the back. The girl that saw me first then went to the side and started taking pizzas out the oven and boxing them. A man walked in and she greeted him and immediately took his order. She never acknowledged me. After taking his order and giving him his food she still didn’t acknowledge me so I just walked out. I was there for 10 minutes and boo e even bothered to ask me if I had been helped but they all overlooked me 🤦🏾♀️ Went to dominoes and gave them my money.

Came in for 3 classic pizzas, 1 cheese and 2 pepperoni. There were 3 separate occasions when they had to ask me what I ordered because they forgot. While I was waiting 2 other customers asked for their money back and left. I waited 45 minutes for 3 simple pizzas, you would think that would be enough time for them to get the order right.... wrong! Never coming back!

I ordered my pizza online to be ready at 6:15. I got there a few minutes early so I waited. 6:15 came and gone the track pizza app didn’t even show my pizza in the oven. I asked the lady who carry herself like a manager on the status. She said they are making it now. Okay. The kid behind the registrar was on his phone. The counter behind him to the left was full of pizzas and he wasn’t calling out names or putting them in the warmer. A customer came in to get pizza. They wanted some of the extra sauces. He dropped one on the floor and picked it up and put back on the shelf. Didnt even clean it off. Someone else came to get her pizza and he put it in the bag sideways so that all the topping would slide off. Well after 15 more minutes I finally got my pizza. I ordered pretzel crust. I got home to find it was regular crust with some salt in it. The crust was so big that half of the pizza was crust. My slices were uneven. The cheese sauce was spread uneven. Some places the cheese sauce was so thick that’s all you could taste. No cheese lock so when you bit into the pizza you pulled off all the cheese and pepperonis. Everyone in that store needs additional training. Worse experience ever.

The place is full of flies constantly buzzing around you. I felt like I needed a shower after. The employees don't wear hair nets or gloves when making the food. They go straight from using the register or scratching themselves to putting toppings on your pizza. Placed my order for hot n ready pizzas then the employee just wandered off without saying much of anything; no total, no ETA. Got my hot n ready pizzas like 20 fly-filled minutes later.
