When here on march 6th 2024 and there was a man who was making the pizzas with his bare hands with no gloves one. This place is dirty and really unsanitary. I will never be giving this place my services ever again. You will be better off going anywhere else to get pizza.

Around 4:15 I went to place and order and it was packed with ppl and it was only one worker by the name of Symone (who is always sweet and attentive) she was literally in there all alone. We waited about 30 mins for our food and she was still in there alone. I’m not sure where the other workers are but this isn’t the 1st time we have been there and this young lady was in there alone.I’m sure she was frustrated but she handle us with grace and professionalism.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the young lady Symone and her patience and professionalism as she clearly had no crew there for 30 mins plus, sad. Give her a raise!

Little Ceasars in Statesville NC should be closed! I am a DoorDash driver and the stories I could list here is very extensive! Tonight's experience tops the cake! I'm a very patient Christian but I went in to pick up a customers order and the young man refused to help me! He would pass me over to take everyone else's orders. I kept my cool until I finally spoke up and he walked away to go stack pizza pans. He'd come back out when another customer walked in and help them then walk away from me again asking for an order status (that wasn't inside the driver's pickup portal). I tried to get him to help me for 20 minutes! This was the last straw! I should have unassigned this delivery! But i always gonthe extra mile for my customers! I'll never accept a doordash order from there again or go for myself personally. And I'm letting my regular doordash customers know how they are and I'll never go back so count me out!

This is the WORST little Caesars I've ever been to, and I've been to plenty.I do little Caesars weekly for years. I've never had a cold nasty pizza till I came here, after they say there's a 30 minute wait? How's that even possible? Call the store and some load mouth spike over me and hung up, my second attempt to call the supposed manager only cared about making a point to say i was speaking over her.... All they should care about is hott READY pizzas and that's the last thing on their agenda there, they are lazy and honestly should be ashamed over their selves. That stores is awful unfortunately the other Statesville location is closed and there isn't anything close. I'll have to drive to hickory if I want one and will before I ever go back there again

The only positive to review is the pizza was ready. Called to speak with the manager on duty and she told me “sweetheart don’t come back here anymore then” and hung up on me. Tried to call back to find out her name as I wanted to be sure what I heard was correct and they let their phone got to VM. Very unprofessional not to mention when we picked up the order they didn’t even want to give us what we paid for.Here is the dip we paid for, 3 containers each containing about 1-1.5 teaspoon of dip.Also agree with another customer regarding the cleanliness of the store.This place has really went down hill.

This is the worse little ceasers I've ever been to. Ordered online so I won't have to deal with the long lines. Online says it's ready for pick up at 6:16pm got there at 6:30pm, cashier couldn't find my order. Ignores me and goes to the next customer. Finally gets back to me then tells me to give them a few minutes. Didn't get my pizza till almost 7pm. What's the point of online ordering and saying it's ready for pick up when they're gonna make you wait 30 minutes anyways when you get there?? Definitely not going back.
This place legit locked the door and left a crowd of people who ordered food standing out in the cold. No explanation, no apologies. Who does that?

So, had to call three times to ask a question -at least one of those times I was hung up on...Finally got through, was placed on hold and it's been almost 10 mins while I'm listening to the background noise of the restaurant....currently waiting to see if someone comes back to answer my question or if they completely forgot about me on hold....14 minutes now....18 minutes now...21:52 minutes...27:17 minutes...35:22 minutes...

My Husband just bought home a pizza that was totally uncut!! Just threw it in the box!!! Noticed the store was un professional with the back door wide open and people and children in and out not to mention the service was horrible with the Mgr with an attitude!!
