Had curbside pick up order during a slow time (2:45 pm), and we had to wait more than 10 minutes. Then, we went inside for our order. There was not enough staff. I felt sorry for the one cashier. She was apologetic and nice.

The night crew was simply not taking orders. There was a line of 6 people. I never got my order, and I didn’t see anyone else get theirs in the 20 minutes I waited before just leaving.

I decided to order curbside through the app. I was parked in my assigned parking spot. After waiting at least 15 minutes, my QP meal had not came out. We went in to inquire and was notified it must have been lost because there was not record of my order. They had someone quickly put it together. I discovered it was the regular QP after I got home and not the dollar more deluxe.

This McDonald's is run by a very despotic manager, her name is Jessica, and she doesn't have the slightest idea of how to treat people who come to look for work. A very bad reputation for a fast food restaurant that is not going through a good time.

They love charging people now for extra nugget sauces but still don’t put it in the bag. They didn’t even put the 1 that comes with the 6 piece in the bag. And the crispy chicken sandwich has a very odd rubbery raw chicken texture. It’s cooked when you look at it but it chews like rubber. Some days the crispy chicken sandwich is great and half the time it has a rubbery raw chicken texture. This location used to be really good but the last 6 months it’s went downhill fast.
