They love charging people now for extra nugget sauces but still don’t put it in the bag. They didn’t even put the 1 that comes with the 6 piece in the bag. And the crispy chicken sandwich has a very odd rubbery raw chicken texture. It’s cooked when you look at it but it chews like rubber. Some days the crispy chicken sandwich is great and half the time it has a rubbery raw chicken texture. This location used to be really good but the last 6 months it’s went downhill fast.

Went through drive through and wasn't given all the food ordered so I had to go back. Once I got home I opened my egg Mcmuffin to find no Canadian bacon so it was egg on muffin. I tried calling, because I've already been through twice, but noone answered the phone. I know now, don't only check to make sure you have everything but now you must open every sandwich to make sure it was made properly. Quite disappointing

Worst service ever! We did a mobile order and went through the drive thru. We waited over 20 minutes and I went in to speak with the manager on duty to just get refunded. She had an attitude and was not pleasant. While I was still waiting for her to try and figure out what was going on they finally brought our food but the order was wrong. We did not receive any napkins or silverware. We will not ever be going back to this McDonald’s.

My man literally ordered off of doordash and honestly I am pissed! We spent $38 on just 2 drinks!!!!! WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD!!!!! This isn’t even the first time we ordered from you people. I tried calling them about it but their number doesn’t even work! 🙄 Pathetic as hell!!!! We spent $38 on a sprite and a sweet tea. I am pregnant and starving and y’all can’t even put our order in the bag so I won’t sit here and starve even longer??? Y’all need mental help if you can’t put food in a damn bag correctly. So so soooo pathetic. We didn’t even get a full refund either! We ended up spending $12 on 2 little drinks.
Managers? DO BETTER. OR HONESTLY PLS GET FIRED ATP. CUZ Y’ALL SLOW.

I went just for a dulce de liche frappe. It was delicious and I am def gonna try to make my own someday.

Parking: I went thru the drive thru. Cashier was friendly and I was thrilled bc for once there machine wasn't down it seemed like everytime it was down and I could never get my frappe but for once it was up so I was tickled pink My only suggestion would be to get new equipment because it's always broke down The machine for the milkshakes and their frappuccinos and all of that stuff it seems like at least every time I go it isn't working but once I'm Blue Moon I get lucky

Was sad you have people being very unprofessional cussing and yelling in the back workers wondering around endlessly. Had to remind them what I’ve been waiting on for da past 25 mins was unaware. Waited 30 mins for 13 cookies

Placed a mobile order on the app and the manager claimed she didn’t have the order then went as far as saying we were trying to get free food when I showed her the receipt several times. She was very unprofessional and should be fired.
