Went through the drive-thru people there are very very rude I asked the manager how to contact the owner of that McDonald's and she stated we're not allowed to give out that information and she was very very rude and nasty and the food wasn't properly banged I spend my hard-earned money I expect to get respect if they won't respect they have to give respect I work for my money I work hard for my money I expect the food that I pay for to be bagged properly and not just throw it in a bag the people there including the managers on duty at 5:00 p.m. need to learn how to treat customers and they need to have better customer service

As person who worked for McDonald’s before I went through the drive-through today while dropping off some supplies at my stores where I run several different cell phone stores and work customer service. I ordered a steak and cheese combo with a frappe and two of their two for 249 sandwiches when I received my meal I only got the sandwich and the drink to my order that I ordered as a combo. why would I order a sandwich and a caramel frappe and not get it as the meal? it’s cheaper that way. I was told I need to drive around the drive-through and purchase my hash brown that I didn’t receive separately. There was a miscommunication where they didn’t hear me but my order wasn’t read back to me to make sure it was correct and I wanted the combo. When I was working for McDonald’s the training in the management. We’re on top of things and made sure that we offered different promotions. Make sure we upload the combos. I’m not sure what’s really going on around here nowadays but I know when a customers upset and someone misheard them through the drive-through. They always made sure that we made up for it Like a hash brown we could’ve gave away one hash brown without getting a bad review. Even though McDonald’s is a multi million dollar company. You should still care about every single customer. McDonald’s really shouldn’t brush off unhappy people.

I love how no one looks at you in McDonald’s now.You order your food, you pay for it, it never comes... and you stand at the counter for 30 minutes as dozens of employees go by you over and over, not looking at you. They know you're there. They know you need something. They just don't care.And there's my food, right behind you on the counter, getting cold. I JUST NEED YOU TO HAND IT TO ME. I KNOW IT'S A LOT TO ASK BUT PLEASE.WE'RE LIVING IN A SOCIETY.

This McDonald is great. They hire good staff. Very nice customer service and the restaurant is clean. Can't give them a five star because it is still fast food, but good job to the staff. There was a kid on weekend crew, very attentive, better than Starbucks barista, I left him good review on corporate but I forgot his name here. Anyway, good Mcdonald location

It is hit and miss with the politeness of the people taking the orders in the drive thru. If they aren't having a good day it shows that they don't want to be there. This last visit we had a wonderful gentleman and I mentioned it to the nice cashier at the window how much we appreciated his demeanor.
