Me and my daughter absolutely loves this McDonald's on Taylorsville hwy in Statesville Aaliyah was excellent with addressing our order provided excellent service with a smile and we absolutely lovvvvveee their Carmel frappe extra Carmel drizzle it's so fan-tab-ulous I highly recommend you attend this restaurant especially if ur a Carmel frappe lover this specific location is the one to attend especially if you want a frappe fix this the beez-kneez

I usually don't have a problem with this restaurant. Troutman restaurant is terrible so I usually go a little further to this one. But this time my wait was 30 plus minutes for 2 combos. Pulled me up and forgot me. It was very busy but still. When I finally got my food one of the sandwiches was wrong and fries were cold. So dissatisfied

First, I waited at the counter to ask for ketchup because it is no longer available at counters but was ignored for 5 minutes and finally left. At least there was ketchup on my meatless cheeseburger bun. There is NO MEAT ON IT!!!!! What in the world???? Of course, we are headed on our way down I-40, entering Catawba Co and it is hardly worth turning around, but I travel this road to medical appointments very frequently- never will I stop here again!!! Thanks for the bun!!

Bathroom was so Dirty / nasty!! Door handle to get out of bathroom. . . . was repulsive. . .. I can't think of the word to use to describe how nasty an No napkins. . . Food order was wrong. Employees was so DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!! All I can say is DO NOT got to McDonald's on Turnersburg Hwy, go to signal Hill Mall McDonald's

The guy at the window tonight was unnecessary rude. The last few times I’ve been there and placed a mobile order I get to the window to get my food and I’m told something I ordered was unavailable. Even tho its becoming a regular occurrence, I’m not hard to get along with. I’ll just switch it but the employee doesn’t need to get an attitude about it and walk away. He also got an attitude for asking for a drink tray. I told him thank you and he just ignored me. I also work with the public. I realize it’s a busy time of year and everyone is tired and stressed but I’m not hateful to people just because they come to my work place to shop or eat.
I didn’t realize until I got home I was missing a medium fry. I guess that’s why fault for not checking my order. Food is getting too expensive to not get what you paid for.

this location is horrible. they always get your order wrong. never fails. and some cashiers are even rude. some days they are nice some days its horrible experience. my advise make sure you check your order to make sure you received everything. last time I came here my burger was cold.

Yesterday two Coworkers working just down the road ordered two steak egg & cheese biscuits but got one order of hash brown & one bacon mcgriddle, With just the bacon. Tried to call but cannot get through bc the phone line seens to be set up to not answer, according to the recording. This McDonald's gets our food wrong or it's old (especially the gravy biscuits ) we used to go through 2-3 Xs a week. Not any more. Wish they'd get it together. It's so convenient.

If I could I would give negative stars. I order ice cream in cup and two cookies. After the cashier took my order she immediately started stocking instead of fixing such as small uncooked order. To my surprise I saw the expedite person pull two cookies and had them in her hand without gloves. So I urgently called the cashier and explained i didnt want any cookies from an employee bare hand. So I asked for a refund. Then here comes the rudest manager ever. No apologies, and I was told to say less. He most definitely not management material. The employees, management and the service st this Macdonald is horrible. Never will return and someone need to address these issues.

Order was wrong, wrong drink, wrong everything, i ordered a mcdouble meal and get burn bread meat that tasted like sewage. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and got given a strawberry banana smoothie, HOW do you mix those up? Its horrid and outrageous, if i could give zero stars i would, but unfortunately i cant.
