McCrispy sandwich very small piece of chicken. Did app order. We had 2 app order's, girl at pay window said ok go to 2nd window. They said they could not find 2nd order. Told them they needed to find it since I had paid for it. Called supervisor still could not find. They asked what was in order and the order was sitting there all bagged. Odd they could not find it in their system. About the 3rd or 4th time we have had this issue at McDonald's on Taylorsville Hwy in Statesville.

I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order that said would take 5 minutes. I went in to look for my order and no one wanted to come to the counter. When the guy finally comes to the counter. He ask me my order number, says ok, walks past me with my order and takes it to my car without telling me anything. While I'm still standing inside.

The Food Was Okay But My Order Took A Ridiculously Amount Of Time Almost About 40 Minutes Just For A 20 Piece Chicken Nuggets,2 Large Fries And A Oreo Mcflurry If I Were To Go The The McDonald's On Broad Street I Would've Gotten My Order In Like 5-7 Minutes.

Had to wait for our food for over 15 minutes, food was cold and fries soggy. Stopped here on our way home, and we will never be back.
Managers are always so rude and don’t know how to manage. (Except for only one but I don’t even know if she works there still or quit). It’s far worse in the morning. They screw orders up and then when you confront them about it nicely, they get so offended and defensive.

This place is ridiculous I was the only one in line and the food I ordered was burnt the burger and the bun and it wasn't even put together ot was just one big mess in a wrapper my condiments were all over the wrapper and not even on the food I'm never coming back here again these people want more money to work but can't make something as simple as a freaking hamburger
